Good honest review, I think for your size lawn and terrain it is a bit pricey. I have almost 2 acres steep sloping Fescue grass to cut. The tiny razor blade type blades on a lot of electric mowers literally don't cut it. I prefer a four wheel drive 21 inch blade remote mower for the steeper hills and my zero turn on he rest. Thanks for a good review.
Thanks for always posting honest content. I love that you are genuine and always give your honest thoughts good or bad. It's hard to find that anymore on youtube 👏
This is why I love your channel, you're real and honest and don't just say you love everything like most channels. Thanks man! I agree it should have a camera for that price and not have to use remote if you don't want to.
This is very cool technology, something I thought I would never see. My first thought was I can buy a used zero turn for that price, but I could see some people liking this thing. If they don't make significant improvements like you mentioned in the video (without increasing the price even further), I think they could have some success, but I think they have priced themselves out of the market with where they stand now. Great video 👍
I was thinking of getting this for my dad, who at 73, is having more difficulty in mowing his thick lawn. I'm extremely put off by the checkout process. Worry free purchase for $84?? This should already by insured and covered by the company and shipper. A tip???? WTF.
@ it’s a shipping guarantee. If there’s any damage, they refund you. But, it should already be part of their shipping, considering how expensive it already is.
Being their target people group and needing to mow 2 lawns next year be nice if they would send the 2 wheel verse to me i would do a disabled person review for them
@@TheLawnLover right now st peters mo but my wife and i are getting ready to move back to Indiana. yard 1 is in la porte (mom's house) we are looking to buy a house in huntington indiana because her parents are in fort wayne.
@@TheLawnLover yes it is i agree with the camera idea. for me being able to use a moiblity scooter carry to haul it back and forth between the 2 places make it ideal. did mowrator reach out because you had a channel or because of the expo. wondering how that worked
@mcbooo1461 I met them at the expo and they wanted me to be a beta tester prior to their kickstarter a d provide them feedback. After the kickstarter ended and they launched, the upped the price and didn't change anything.
I can't fathom spending 3 grand on that thing, especially without a robotic option. That luba mower had all the bells and whistles and was actually cheaper 😂
Agreed. For less money, I could automate the process or even control the Luba remotely. They need to lower the price of this machine or add many more features, in my opinion. Thanka for watching!
3500 dollars for the 4wd and it doesnt even have a camera, wtf? It looked promising. The ad they have shows it mowing some really tall grass which is something I always wanted to see with the Luba as most videos just show it mowing low grass but the video was probably bs anyways. Idk who wants to control a remote control mower. Fun maybe the first time but it would become just as much of a hassle. And like you said, not useful at all for people like my parents who cant walk too well
I agree! Way too pricey. They launched on kickstarter this spring for about half the price, then raised it significantly with no real improvements. Thanks for watching!
I think it's great technology and has a use, but not at $3k, especially without all the options. When they launched it on kickstarter it was about half the price, I'm not sure why they jacked up the price. Thanks for watching!
@@TheLawnLover it definitely is different then the other robo mowers on the market. I know they were looking for people to test out the 2nd prototype not too long ago.
Would you spend $3k on this thing? I think it needs many improvements and features to justify such a high price. I would love to hear your thoughts!
That convertability you mentioned manual snap on bar, or remote would be awesome. Exercise, or under the weather either way. Cool.
Very cool machine, I just wish the price was lower given the features. Thanks for watching!

I appreciate the honest videos. You are a youtuber that we can actually trust, thank you 😃

Very interesting product, but I agree, this thing is not work 3 grand the way it sits. It definitely needs a camera like the drones have.
I totally agree with you!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree, it's hard to justify the price without more features or improvements.
Would it be a bad to do a quick scarify here in Florida in the fall what's your thought on this?
I'm not an expert on warm season lawns, but you should be ok if the temps are cooler so it doesn't stress out the lawn. Thanks for watching!
Great video! ❤
Thank you!!

Seriously! They are already kicking people with the price then asking for a tip? What was the $84 for? That's terrible

@rayi38 Oh for sure, you shouldn't have to pay extra for that when they are selling these overpriced to begin with. Ridiculous

You make some great points. Cool technology, but without those added extras, no way it is worth that much money in my personal opinion.
I definitely agree, the price is pretty high!

Agreed, this thing needs a lot of upgrades to justify their prices. You can get a riding mower for that price. Thanks for watching!
Not for three grand, that's crazy. They need to be about half the price
I agree! Way too pricey. They launched on kickstarter this spring for about half the price, then raised it significantly with no real improvements. Thanks for watching!
WAY OVERPRICED!
I agree! It needs several more features to justify that high price point. Thanks for watching!
Definetely not worth 3 grand. They sell riders at lowes for less than that haha
Agreed! It needs many more upgrades to justify that price imo. Thanks for watching!
3 grand for that machine is laughable. Great video, appreciate your honesty
Thanks for watching! I agree, it's a steep price for what it offers.
Too pricey for me. Maybe if areas could not mow or had a disability where I could use and then save money over having a professional do it

Would love to see the new Oasa R1 tested on a great lawn like yours.
I have never heard of that one. I just looked it up. It looks like an awesome machine! I may have to check it out. Thanks for the idea!
