Yeah I agree. Just looks like something is missing and at that price there needs to be something. I did see one at a bike show and someone put a new cluster on it and looked much better.
Great job on the initial impressions. The gauge cluster is a slap in the face at that price point. I've seen better displays on a treadmill. The Sport Glide bag are really small so you're going to need a rack and tour box/bag on the rear to sport tour on this bike. I would like to see the standard gas gauge and volt meter like on the SG/RG in the fairing and go back to the tank mounted speedo and tack like the Low Riders have had for decades. Great job!
Totally agree. I did see a Lower Rider ST that someone replaced the instrument gauges and it was much bigger and made the bike look a lot better but like you said at that price you shouldn't have to change it. Take care Eric✌
I recently rode one as well...the mid controls coming from a touring bike was a challenge for me as well. It would take some getting accustomed to before being comfortable at least for me. The 117 power on a light bike is really incredible.. Thanks for sharing your experience on it with us. Ride safe Randy
Yeah the HP and Torque on it was awesome. I really do like it but definitely would make some changes but that's what we do. Make it our own. Take care Rick🤙🤘
This one is on my short list. Riding Kawasaki’s lately I don’t think the kids would be a problem, just make sure I get some Highway pegs. Nice test ride Randy!!
Not to mention they put the 117 with a stage 2 and torque cam in it! CVO owners be like “ say whaaaat?” I haven’t seen one yet although I was sparked by one, but ya that gauge console hmmmm
Loved riding it but stuff can be changed out. With the cost of the bike you shouldn’t have to. Plus costs extra to add the stereo system in the fairing.
@@SinisterClutch yeah there’s so many cheap alternatives from the big adv bikes like my GS or a KTM etc. Definitely worth it plus I am in AZ and there’s a lot of dirt roads so yeah
@@SinisterClutch Haha, bike was kinda cool tho. Sporty old-school police bike vibes lol. I’m only on my second bike, thinking about a Harley for my third, hence why I found ya page while looking at Street / Road glides. Nice vid tho man !
That display is way to small! I'd never be able to read it, lol. That fairing looks quite a bit smaller than an actual road glide fairing. What did you think of the airflow? Thanks for the review
I didn't feel any wind buffering. It was smooth even on the interstate. I did see a Lower Rider ST after this demo and someone had changed out the instrument cluster and it looked much better.
Another great review.
Thanks Karen. Much appreciated. Take care✌
def needs better cluster ! and turn by turn GPS be cool too nice job 👍🏼

@@SinisterClutch oh i'm sure for $600 it's available after market lol but for 21k? cmon it's a nice powerful bike!

I tried getting on one in Sturgis. I am way to short to be fully comfortable.
Definitely a blast to ride! I'd like to ride the Low Rider S for comparison. The fairing would definitely be a difference

Thanks Brett! I definitely enjoyed the ride and love the performance of the bike.
😎👍
Appreciate it Darren🤘✌🤙
I wonder if I could reach the floor; probably not. Great review
Possibly but hey worth sitting on one at least. Definitely a lot of HP and Torque.
I like it, but that price point is a little steep for my pockets.
You and me both. I like it as well but needs some changes for sure.
Looked like a good day to demo.....lol...no you don't need a crotch rocket....your Street Glide is plenty fast lol 👊🏽😎
Amen to that! But a second bike sounds nice 🤣😂

I think I’m done with Harley bikes… Maybe I’ll replace my Road King Special with a European brand after the harsh Az winter😂😂
🤣😂 hey change can be good. I'd love to have an ADV Touring bike.

I CANT STAND A FIXED FAIRING !!! lol.
Oh I understand that 🤣😂
