    The boss will help you choose what you like
    very considerate
    1. Pig feet
    marinated very thoroughly
    The lean part will not be too firewood
    Where the fat is, bring some Q bombs
    2. Dongpo Pork
    A whole piece of Dongpo pork is shiny black and golden
    marinated very evenly
    The place where the fat is melted in the mouth
    Lean meat is also solid and delicious
    3. Milkfish maw
    very large
    not fishy
    very enjoyable
    This juice is great
    Just by looking at the color, you can tell that it is a heavy taste
    So it's a bit salty for Feimei
    Because I eat too lightly on weekdays
    But the specialty of this restaurant is the Dongpo pork and pig's feet that are stewed to black gold.
    Pair it with delicious cabbage, pickles and eggs
    very delicious
    In-house use and free all-you-can-drink
    Bamboo shoot soup boiled with big bones
    Dining environment is clean
    Meal prices are medium to high
    But definitely worth a visit
    Fei Mei still has the memory of special Lu juice.
    It really is the old taste in the hearts of the people of Taipei

    多年前來吃過,配上熱湯,很好吃,
    老闆已成中年大叔,肚子微胖,
    做餐飲的確辛苦,透早起來備料,工作到晚上,
    傳承60年,陪伴大伙老少多年,勤奮的職人精神...

      做餐飲真的是...我做不來,而且現在做餐飲的風險還很高,這波X情讓很多店家倒閉
      還有,叔叔的兩個兒子都很可愛很親切哦

    第一次看到i时候是十多年前的台湾美食介绍 去年实地去了一次 老板都从瘦瘦的小伙子变成了小肚子微胖中年人了 时间过的太快了

    This simple place you shot at is so great.....I love learning old techniques from your vids.
    I was looking at my phone and Taiwan is really close to where I live. ...I want to come and eat at these places you feature ...
    I have another utube friend Geoff who does a whisky review from Taiwan..
    But, your vids are what really intrigue me .....to trying for myself..

      Although these ancient techniques are very powerful, I can't disclose them, I will protect their secret recipes for the shopkeepers, haha.
      What I recommend are all famous stores in Taiwan, whether it is google or online evaluation. I spent a lot of time picking out, uncle, you will definitely find it very delicious.

      @@flyingmousefood I have learned a lot about pork here in Asia since in the West we prepare it much different.
      The belly is the prime example.
      I would never dream of asking for some secret recipe or technique...or coercing you into divulging something...ha ha..
      I typically just watch your vids because their quality and hard work showing these great cooks behind the scenes are what I want to see...
      The mise en place....preparation....
      Then, your reveals at the end..
      Hopefully, you just tearing something delicious open with your bare hands.
      I would have to go back and look at your vids and figure out where the places I want to go are located.
      Your vids are like bait and I am the fish....I want to come eat there because of all of your combined efforts.

      @@jeffmill999 I am always looking for Michelin-rated stores. If you come to Taiwan, uncle, you will definitely not eat unpalatable food. I wrote googlemap in the description column, these stores have high ratings, and the food has indeed undergone a careful cooking process.

    The broth in which the pork simmered have layers of flavor added for several years i found out . I think it is called
    "mother sauce" . We can never achieve the same taste at home so it's better if we just buy it from places like this.

      It's not mom sauce, it's ancestor sauce. The way these foods are seasoned, we'll never be able to.

      這家是名店,大家吃的是古早味,衛生環境所有人都看得到,銅板價便宜又大碗的平民美食,我不覺得有任何不妥,維護環境需要成本,請用體貼的心去面對餐飲業,我拍攝過200多部影片了,還真沒什麼老闆賺得到大錢

    Жидкость под видом бульона не менялась видимо очень долго. Поджелудочная спасибо не скажет. Все такое засратое. Что ужас. Вы бы хоть вымоли все
