我也不知,但我拍的這家李海老闆人很好,肉也很好吃,然後他們都是親戚關係(應該吧)
燉一鍋肉,本錢就要3千元以上了,一個月就要9萬元,不知道 有多少人可以花那麼多錢去燉肉。是真的要讓人家吃完第二天再回去吃才有用。不是因為競爭者少。
吃飯看個人口味囉,喜歡這味的會一直回流,但現在真的競爭很大,餐飲倒店的太多了,像我拍這麼多商業秘密,我也不可能做餐飲,單是作息不正常我就撐不住了
李海曾經是台中首屈一指的滷肉飯,但很可惜,功夫沒有傳承下來,這已經不是30年前李海的味道了,連辣椒都跑味了
哈,我不曉得,但中肯地說,李海叔叔的切工與豬肉的肉質,都很好,就是鹹了些也油了些,我是習慣清淡的,加上大熱天我更難吃鹹...
可是換個角度看,也是店家願意多給滷汁的關係吧

這家李海滷肉飯在第二市場裡面,他的爌肉飯的瘦肉太柴了,真正好吃的李海滷肉飯要吃光復路原子街口那一間。
東興市魯肉義,方屬台中第一,睥睨中州,第二市場無甚可觀者。

第五市場的太空紅茶&第二市場的李阿海爌肉飯都是老台中人曾經首選!但是過30年後!卧虎藏龍之店都浮出?現在輝煌不在。由其李海魯肉飯宵夜場動不動就一群喝醉酒的8+9。導致正常人不太敢去。好像山河魯肉飯也是早晨PK鬧人命了。都是不值不值。喝點酒後天下獨尊?不上橋8+9別來。
