  • France has an amazing racing culture. Legendary drivers and teams have been based out of there. But two Formula One teams have been based out of France, and had some semblance of staying power. This is the story of the more successful one of the two.
    All used footage belongs to its rightful owners.

    Excellent video! please do AGS... frenchier than all french teams put together... cars built in a shack under the cypres in provence, with spare parts from the defunct Renault team, and of course mandatory pastis and saucisson breaks... And YES, there will be owners in jail at one point!

    They had Lamborghini engines in 1991, Renault from 1992-1994
