So how much amount will employee get on leaving after 5 yrs. Actual CTC deducted amount for 5yrs Or Calculated based on formula based on Basic of salary.
So basically an employee should be self aware about this fact otherwise it looks misrepresentation right? This cannot be later discussed after the employee learns this fact their gratuity was actually a part of their CTC
If I asks for 10 LPA CTC and the gratuity amount will be deducted from CTC? If that is the case then the CTC will be less. Please clear my concern. Thanks!
Sir meri job period m 6.1 year complete ho gaye h.. But company mere ko... 2 year as voucher and 4.1 year appoint on payroll So please suggest My eligibility for gratuity... please help
@@saurabhgogwami Its illegal, till the time company is payment you on voucher they are not consider as employee of the company and cannot claim benefits of an employee.

Its wrong, salary slip me Graduity ke hone ya na hone se koi farak nahi padta. 5 saal ek company me continues job karne se Graduity dena company ke liye compulsory hai.

You may seek for the clarity on this breakup, and check if it's done internationally to keep the cost low when it comes to statutory liabilities.
If employee opt-out for PF and completed 10 years will he be able to eligible for gratuity

Voucher payment duration will not be counted as employment period as you were not on the payroll of the company.
