I hear SRV too yeah but the thing that gets me with this kid is I hear Stevie's influences in this kid as well. Albert King, Albert Collins, Johnny Winter, Lonnie Mack... it's pouring out.
@@earthbluesbandofficial Thanks for replying. That's so unique and rare, and it's not a gimmick, you guys are totally into it! And You sing and play great, may I ask what kind of amp you use for the SRV sounds? It sounds incredible.
@@MrTwangstaable I've got a 1979 Fender Vibrosonic Reverb with a real crappy PA speaker in it, which is what I use most of the time. Was getting the amp repaired at the time of this recording so for this gig I was using a Laney VC30-210 and a Fender Princeton. Pretty much any loud tube amp works for me, and it's really important to crank them loud.
@@earthbluesbandofficial That's very interesting, and is my conclusion too. I hope you get better speakers for your cab some time, but you sound killer anyways. Honestly, it's been a long time I've heard somebody play Stevie with authenticity like you do. I used to love an old lion heart blue 2x12 laney made, but use a plexi 100 sl these days, as you say turn it up and they come alive! Thankfully I live on a farm. Keep em coming, really enjoy your playing and band, got a very special thing going on there. Thanks for writing back!
Nice to see the younger generation keepin the blues alive. Great job guys. 💙

this is what people mean by music!!
Fantastic - playing without a net! Well done.
Awesome!!!!
I wanted to believe, and you made me. How does the down and dirty Texas blues enter the soul of a young fella from South Africa?
🎸🌹Beautiful🌹🎸
Awesome video, thank you for sharing! SRV is maybe the most difficult player to cover, well done you all! 🎵
Nice man!
Good work
Impressive
Well done !
👌🏼
Nice
Noisy bunch
Get a Jeff Buckley record. :)
Disgraceful, ignorant crowd, Pearls before Swine! These young men didn't miss a beat.
Great all around except for the commercial before, during and at the end of the video
Thanks man, we don't have any control of ads and don't get any revenue from them.👍
Fantastic renditions, are double trouble twins? Don't mean to be rude, just curious!
Yep! Twin brothers!
