okay so i got nba 2k24 last week, and decided the first thing i wanted to do was simulate the all-new lebron era. i popped my camera on, sat down... and uh, instantly regretted it lmao. honestly this video was a ton of fun, super unpredictable, all that good stuff, but took FOREVER to make. anyways if you're reading this, leave me a comment telling me who you though the goat of this era simulation was!

Dope video , I just discovered the lebron era myself today and the nostalgia I felt by just going through the rosters was unreal , took me 20 minutes to pick a team to rebuild and watch everything unfold. I hope you do sims for each team in the future and make some decisions in it I wanna see more of this content bro , W vid in my book

I saw someone do one of these all the way back to the Magic/Bird era and somehow the Wolves became the team of the 90s in their sim with Shaq as their centerpiece.

MJ played against, in that era Danny Ainge, Dennis Johnson, Jeff Hornacek, Mark Price…were stars.
Players were averagely more skinny, smaller, slower, only a few can jump high or shoot 3’s, no big man can dribble, no eurosteps, no shammgod. They played brute, but no skills. Hand check yes, but no zone defense, to which Kobe said “I don’t care if yo hand check with 3 hands” “the zone I think cripples some of the top scorers”
When prime MJ left the bulls in 93’ the went from 57 wins to 55, when prime LeBron left cavaliers in 10’ they went 62 wins to 19.
And MJ fans always lie about MJ stuff, for example "his vertical jump is 48 inches" and "his body fat ratio is 3%" If those were true, LeBron & Carter would have a 50 inch vertical jump and Helmut Strebl would have -3% body fat ratio.
Lmao cherry picking a handful of players to fit your narrative is just ridiculous. MJ also played against Hakeem, Ewing, Shaq, Penny, the bad boys pistons, Malone, Stockton, Reggy Miller, Barkley, Drexler, Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp etc… I don’t know what point you’re trying to prove.
LeBron also played in the weak eastern conference for the majority of his career and once he left to the west, he missed the playoffs twice, got bounced in the first round once, got swept in the conference finals and of course won that bubble ring. MJ never chocked the way LeBron chocked against the Mavs. That alone disqualifies LeBron to even be in the same sentence as MJ.
