This is great for someone (even someone not in the military or in PR) who needs a boost or encouragement to continue to go after their goals after a loss/fail or missed mark. Even though it may be devastating afterwards, learning from your failure and realizing your fail will eventually lead you to a win. A fail let’s you know where your strengths are and what you need to work on to achieve that and other goals in the future. Thanks for sharing Theresa!
Thank you so much Brian. It was such a blow at the time, but in retrospect it was a blessing because it forced me to work that much harder for it, and when I did pass the board, it made it that much more rewarding.
