      I would say the sameI wouldn't say this is "q good case for fat survival, because how hard is it to still have fat, if you literally got fatter AFTER the bbl. You'd think you would want to see fat survival in a patient who did not accumulate more excess fat, or one who IMPROVED HER PHYSIQUE on her own,after the BBL

      Exactly like she looks sloppy…. The work looks sloppy

    • @franchescar5252
      @franchescar5252 2 года назад +4

      It’s important to understand the safety aspects of any plastic surgery procedure. A patient can only have so many ccs or ml of fat removed during one procedure. Her focus or her personal choice may have been to focus on removing fat from another area such as her stomach he mentioned her stomach is flatter now.
      The BBL was done with great results nothing is sloppy about her glutes or hips.
      Nor can visceral fat be removed with liposuction.

    • @TheAmixt2521

      It can be removed with Lipo on her back. Flanks. Bra roll upper bra roll.

      Patients aftercare is a must. Did she massage, did she, exercise, watch her diet. It takes both parties to do the work. Ultimately if the patient is happy why are you judging. it’s not hard to be nice and mind your own comments

      The fat can start out very hard as it tries to survive and then softens with time. Hard spots that persist are fat necrosis.

      I'm disappointed because I went through hell, lots of marks and lots of expenses

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  10 месяцев назад +1

      Rolls do not completely disappear after liposuction because liposuction removes the fat and not skin. The skin is needed in order to flex so usually the back rolls don't disappear but they get smaller after lipo. Here is a video that explains it better: ruclips.net/video/Mp42IZtDt2E/видео.html

      I always wonder why people post comments like this. I never mind criticism directed at me, but please direct them to me, and not to my patients. The patients have agreed to show their bodies to allow others to see real results so I feel it is unfair to then say hurtful comments about their bodies.

      @@DrWilliamMiami Dr.William your patient does not look terrible. I am certain she is pleased with the results of her BBL or she would not be back for another procedure.
      Her glutes and her hips one year later look great.
      Most people don’t understand or care to understand that you are limited to how much fat you are able to remove during a procedure. As well the patients back fat may not be an issue for her at all.
      Keep up the good work!
