My entire adult life I've known numerous gay men who have a restrictive eating regimen and spend 6 days a week at the gym, yet are STILL unhappy with their body and have poor body image. They are always striving for some media contrived idea of a perfect body. Step 1 is what I said in the video, accepting and loving your body as it is. Then anything else you want to change about your body for yourself is additional and not required to love yourself. You have to overcome body image issues inside yourself first, not from the outside. Otherwise, you wind up with situations like gay men getting BBLs, which is the cosmetic surgery with the highest death rate.
