Best Accord ever made. Beautiful and timeless design, amazing Type-R engine and 6-speed manual transmission with LSD. What’s not to love about this car? Underrated for sure.
@@carsthat9073 I've had a few of them over the years I always regretted selling each one.....when I bought the pearl white one I have now I said thats it never sell it 😃
Still a couple of videos worth of content left from this one i've just not had the time to make them recently! But yes the next trip will be the Pyrenees I think, easy to get a ferry from us to northern Spain and then it's not far and you're in the twisties.
Thanks Chris! Yeh the bahn is a good crack, personally prefer the curvey roads but it's a strange feeling pulling onto a motorway knowing you can pretty much do whatever speed you want haha
Hey, can't really comment on the Type S as it's a different engine. But none of them are particularly economic so if that bothers you then probably not the car for you. Get around 30mpg on a good run I'd say. I have a Honda Stepwagon with a K24 in it (same engine as the Type S Accord), and she's pretty thirsty!
Unfortunately not mate no, and its cable throttle so not straight forward to fit either… Didn't bother me too much on a 3000+ mile road trip suprisingly, but would be a nice to have of course.
Not a single ache or pain. That was one thing I was so surprised by, 9-10 hour a day on average for 8 days in those seats and no complaint whatsoever :)
Love your Euro R. One of the most underrated JDMs for sure

I need to find that drive. How's the body roll? Any mods?
Very little roll now it's modified but a little from stock. Yes lots of mods, where shall I start!
Nice video style man
Thanks! Still learning haha
I had a similar encounter with a biker before... maddening indeed
Yeh touched a nerve that one didn't it haha Coxy is a biker himself which is why I think it upsets him to see other bikers ride like that.
Awesome car u have there..may i know the tires specifications ?
Thanks! Tyres in this video are Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 225/45/17. I also have a second set of wheels running Advan AD08RS same size.

What was the fuel consumption like ?
I never really worked it out 😂 f I remember rightly, we did 2700ish miles, and spend £770ish on fuel.
Looking at getting one of these of the type s what are they like on fuel ?
