The Finger Family videos are meant to be a silly song teaching about family structure and counting to five for preschool children. I had to sit through a couple of those with the preschool class I taught in last spring, but none of them were commercialized, cheaply animated, or as bizarre as Shrek or Gravity Falls. Preschoolers don't watch or shouldn't watch those shows; WHO MADE THOSE!?
