    FYI: You shouldn’t buy, nor advertise TEMU in any way. It’s a manipulative conglomerate which is known for exploiting Uyghurs in labor camps. And that’s only one of the many reasons why this 'company' should be banned internationally.

      Thanks Timo! I wasn't honestly aware of that.
      I figure these companies are fly-by-night. Such as Wish, AliExpress and that other one that was popular for a minute (I genuinely can't remember)
      Thank you for informing me of this. This will be something I will look into further.
      I wasn't necessarily promoting, or advocating for. Just a dumb idea. But for sure will not be using them in the future.
      I can already say that the quality of materials are crap (on some other non ally related purchases).
      I had to return one item that just didn't work.
      Not to mention their predatory practices, like wish, of showing something that is not what you receive.
      Again, thanks for sharing!

      I forget which CBS or ABC news just posted a 4min YT video warning on Temu. The app invades your privacy and the business scams get way worse. I'd share the viseo but YT takes down links in the comments sections usually.

    Just a heads up, that Ugreen dock is definitely for a MacBook. They're not bad, but yeah, they can't get to 30W turbo. I have a different Ugreen dock that I got from work, and it's the same issue. That said, sometimes it was saying the dock couldn't provide the power, but was still at 30W turbo.
    That said, they're so cheap that it's hard to pass up. I personally do want those extra 5W, so I'll get a proper dock shortly.

    I have that exact Carrying Case you have your Asus ROG Ally in and also, that dual Fan with the Blue lights. I use it on my Asus ROG Ally. It actually works great seeing how the openings are in the correct location. Plus, the Included adapter allows me to charge it at the same time. It adds style, kick stand, and helps keep the console cooler. I ❤ it!
    I just need a Pair of those 3D printed Grips you have in "White" and I will be all set. 😉👌😁👍💯🕹🎮

    "spoiler" thos Leg controllers batteries last longer than the battery on the leg itself. but the batteries in my joycons however they have ran out of battery multiple times. mid race in online mariokart, thats a death sentence. the leg seems to have a bit more juice in its true strike controllers. on those I haven't run out of juice yet. not even with the gyro turned on.

    • @WinDeckTech
      @WinDeckTech  11 месяцев назад +1

      That's a super thoughtful idea!
      I honestly don't see a future in which I buy one.
      I just got the gpd win max 2 on today and the ayaneo air1s will be coming next week I believe. All as powerful, or more powerful than the ally and legion go. However, if I were to not have any of them (and not run the channel) I could see me considering the Legion go over the ally. It would definitely be a wait and see buying decision for me. But, then dell/Alienware will announce theirs with some gimmick. Then I'd want that one too haha

      @@WinDeckTech I had originally bought a Onexplayer 2 and it was a horrible experience. Less then 6 months the screen went black, then I sent it back for repair and they charged me just because I swapped the SSD and then when I got it back they loaded the ssd with a lot of testing software in Chinese and it took forever to flash the ssd because it wouldn’t take. I’d just rather something like the ally I can just take to bestbuy and swap it.

    I'll be the first to say that we don't even know if the lenovo legion go is going to be any good. But that being said the market is for anyone who is willing to spend $700 on a ROG ally it is a direct competitor it is a window 11 handheld that has a larger screen with a faster refresh rate and a higher resolution. The detachable handles and they kickstand back those are just other modes to play the handheld. I could totally see a situation where I might be in a seated position for a prolonged period of time like an airplane flight where I could just put down the tray table stick that out and actually get somewhat of the intended experience in a relaxed way. Or perhaps you have a desk job you have some downtime you could pull that out and actually use that control or in that mouse mode. I'm not saying that the experience is going to be great that may turn out to be a gimmick we need to hear reviews from people who actually have the thing in their hand but I know there are people playing the ROG Ally or the steam deck with keyboard and mounts attachments for a more controlled experience and clearly you could do that with this device and carry far less peripherals. So it is an enticing offer because it's the same exact price as the ROG ally. If it was $1,000 we would have to question its merits but it's the same price.

    • @WinDeckTech
      @WinDeckTech  11 месяцев назад

      100%
      The Lenovo go could have some underlying issue like the ally (SD reader) I'm hoping not and it likely wouldn't be the case. But you never know.
      With them being the same price it is very enticing. I'd say the only thing for me personally that turns me off of the Legion go would be the lack of vrr on such a high refresh rate screen.
      It's not the end of the world but if you were planning on running it like the ally (uncapped frame rates) then you will be getting a lot of tearing in the image.
      It's unfortunate they couldn't put in adaptive sync/free sync.
      But 100% I totally agree about it being perfect for airplanes and office environments.
      I think it is a huge miss for them to not be making a controller mount (like the switch joycon grip) if it had that. Alongside the mouse feature, it would be one of the better travel companions for work and play

      @@WinDeckTech they released a cad I think for an attachment to make it a controller. Don't think they thought initially how popular it would be

    I dunno, I saw somebody using grips with the Ally and immediately thought that's a great idea. I get cramps in my hands. Speaking of hands, why do you have so many scratches on yours?

    • @WinDeckTech
      @WinDeckTech  11 месяцев назад +1

      My hands will cramp as well not long after using the ally. These grips are now a must for me :)
      As for my hands.. over the years of working in a physically demanding... High risk job I'll say. As well, I volunteer with a dog rescue so sometimes they don't know how to play nice with humans when they first come in.
      Interesting question, happy to answer :)

    • @WinDeckTech
      @WinDeckTech  11 месяцев назад

      I did notice that as well. I think they don't go as far up the device and they aren't as "bulbasy" or thick.
      If you check out the other comfort grips on the steam deck I think it is a similar idea.
      He only just created the slim comforts as I got these two. Otherwise I would have loved to check them out to show the difference.

    Congrats for spending $1000 😂 don't be afraid on Legion Go Controllers be afraid of Asus ROG Ally Joystick make sure don't break it or else asus RMA need to "REPLACE" The whole freaking "Motherboard" just to repair it and you might charge by ASUS RMA For $200 because they basically build a new Ally to repair your device basically scam you with the RMA just to compensate with the cost of repairing your device 😂😂😂😂
