You are absolutely right about consumption increment of silver. I would like to add one more field where it's incremental usage is inevitable. It's ' Automobile' . All the vehicles are getting more n more smart . That demands large number of small small connectors in each car . As these connectors are expected to perform for years in versions extreme environments, they need better low loss contact terminals. And here silver plays a major role .

At March lows, the spot price was juicy but I could not hardly locate any. Premiums were nuts if and when I could locate it. Basically to get my hands on it, it was not that great of a deal as it may appear by just spot difference.

This man Loves his countryman for sure not like the politicians we have here in the USA who lie cheat and steal , and I'm an American and it makes me so sad inside. Question brother if one has all silver should one convert ones silver for gold in part or wait till the gold silver ratio narrows ? Best way to buy silver is silver mixed bar, which is easily available in bullion stores. A silver percentage certificate is also issued by expert.
With this bar ornaments can be directly prepared, without mixing other metal like Gillette.

I am a subscriber to your channel on Telegram and have watched all your videos on bullion which I find very informative and useful.
As for silver, we know there are no silver ETFs in India and hence digital modes to buy silver are hard to find. Some time back, I ran into a firm called Augmont India - it is apparently based out of Mumbai and they provide a mechanism to buy silver electronically for investment through their site "bullionindia.in". They claim to be India's first OTC digital bullion purchase counter and it seems various top brokerage firms in India e.g. RSKV (upstox) have tied up with them to facilitate gold purchase.
Can you offer any views on that ? Will it be safe to invest into Silver electronically through them for someone like me who is not comfortable buying silver physically? Thanks,

i think he meant that avoid silver mining stocks or any other form of purchase that doesn't allow you to hold silver between your bare hands. if you cant hold it, you dont own it
Thanks for your feedback. In India ETFs are unavailable. Futures have a prohibitively high rollover costs. You are working for the financiers. Best is physical silver. Bought and paid for.

$100 silver by 2024 is very possible. In fact using a 30:1 to 16:1 gold to silver ratio we could see based on just $7k gold price a silver price of $233-$437. Using a gold price of $10,000 we get a silver price of $333-$625/oz.

If you’re buying physical gold or silver.. the selling and buyback prices are different and there is 10% difference in prices... how do you make profit in that scey

Can you mention in some video on the impact of GST and the price cut which shops apply when buying back your precious metal vis-a-vis the ETF route. The difference in price when trading physically is I guess, offset by the buy-sell spread of the ETF but is GST an extra cost which you avoid when using ETFs or is it factored in the spread of the ETF?

Again harihar has a doubt. Not about silver. The present index PE is above 35 for nifty. My doubt is this PE represents Corona affected corporate results. After vaccine the profit will improve and the PE comes down. But not share price. So no correction. Pls enlighten me. Am a bit frustrated lol on seeing market highs

I agree with the increase use of silver as an industrial metal. However, having the price run up would go well for consumers and those in renewable energy. I would think governments would go into overdrive to manipulate the price down.

An additional dynamic that will dictate much higher price for the physical Ag; DRINKING WATER. Silver is an excellent ingredient in the use of filtrating water for drinking purposes. As we move more into the 2020's this will become a HUGE gotta have. There will be a seceding of physical silver from the silver play money world when it becomes evident to big tech & industrial companies that the physical is a finite in their infinite world.

What about Palladium ?
Palladium is higher as gold and platinum because of catalytic converters for combustion engines. So if you think that silver, copper, nickel and platinum gets higher because of green energy technology you would come to conclusion it has lesser industrial usage in the future and might have toped out.
i think he meant gold not silver in USA as being removed from the average Joe in 1929- 1930s.
According to Wikipedia in USA gold got confiscated in 1933 and silver in 1934. In the rest of the world confiscation was mostly done with gold but in lesser cases also with silver. Lesser cases for silver because it is no longer money and easier to just get seized by capital gains tax.
