FYI:Don't wear the strap too tight...especially if you have HBP and/or diabetes(like myself) because it will cut-off circulation plus leave an indent on wrist once removed.
I recently discovered the beauty, simplicity and versatility of the NATO design. Put it on my Tudor gmt and all of a sudden it became my strap choice number 1. Wearing my mechanical watch I was starting to miss how easy I can change my Apple Watch straps and make it match what I’m wearing, now, with the versatility of a nato, I’m getting that feature back again with my Tudor.
I have 5 Suisse nato straps. a cheap way to change/improve the looks of a watch. The Chinese nato's are shorter and u can't really loop them as well. fyi ; u can wear a nylon nato or zulu 2mm wider than the lug measurement. So if u have a small watch u can beef up the look of watch with a wider band. example: 18mm lug, u s e a 20mm strap.

I am into vintage watches too, I just got me a Hamilton Mechanical (hand winding), with a little patina on the dial, good contrast with the brown leather band and gold plated case, is a circa 1960. Saludos.
That's not a real Nato Strap, it's too short. Does it say Nato on the buckle? You have a Chinese made one. Real Nato G10 military straps are longer and made by IW SUISSE for the British Military.
I actually buy all my NATO straps from the NATO Strap Company...and they're all made in the US. Personally I don't care about any of that anyhow when we're talking about a strap built for one purpose only; functionality while being cost effective. You're kind of missing the whole point of the strap by insisting only one company on earth makes them properly. That's like being a snob about what company makes the best hammer.
Clockwork synergy NATO straps are like this also as far as length they have a 10 hole or 13 hole XL model. I prefer the longer straps but honestly it doesnt matter really. I dont normally buy from clockwork synergy but they sell 21mm natos. I usually buy from ebay seller nato international and those are my favorite natos ive come across.
If you wear a Seiko, you have no reason to say "II...". I notice, people that say "II.." instead of "I" are generally low educated and have really not accomplished anything in life and don't know what the world is all about. Don't sweat it, almost all of us use to do it when we were young and had no idea! 😄
