Love the 2 clarinets in the group. Done best by the Kathreiner Musikanten. Great Melody! Die zwei Klarinetten sind super wie die Kathreiner fruher gehabt haben. Servus DLB!
Tolles Video super Sound.
The other interesting thing is some of the Swiss bands will let out a whoop and a holler exactly like the Mexicans do, so don't tell me that is original. I don't know who originally started this particular combination of instruments or the hollering with the music but I like it & only curious how & when it all came about. no need to be offended for name calling
This way of music started Slavko Avsenik and only similarities are that both music has trumpet and accordion but sound and technique of playing it is completely different
Your comment appears to be racist. Why the slur? I am not Mexican but the slur was completely unnecessary. I never made the connection until someone pointed that out to me. There are similarities in sounds & perhaps it is mostly because the same type of instruments are used such as the similarities in hard rock music where electric guitars & drums are always used. I wouldn't say it sounds similar unless I thought it did sound the same and it does weather you like it or not.

I wonder what the history is that two seperate cultures music sounds so similar
