    This might be the most important video of yours that I've watched. At least in my case. I have been struggling with my perception of life ever since I got my mind wrecked by listening to an anti-spiritual/ spiritual guru.
    So what you say is spot on. My mind is constantly finding evidence of nihilism. I don't wanna live like this. I have overcome DPDR and anxiety almost too a 100%, but the awful mindset and the depression are still there. I'll continue working

      It's not really about what you believe or what you think... It's about what you fear to be true... If the idea of a non-spiritual life is scarring or annoying you, then go by that. Sit with that fear and don't desire it to be gone. It will be gone... Just don't try to look for answers, clues or anything that makes you feel comfortable with your own beliefs. It makes your brain think that this scary idea is serious and you have to fight it.

    I got your course a few months back and I just wanted to say thank you. Out of everything I tried your course really helped me the most, and I'm now almost 100% better. I still do the reprogramming exercises sometimes just because I enjoy them so much 😁 I really don't know what I would have done without your guidance and I know we never met but I wanted to express my grattitude anyways.     Thanks for all your videos Robin. When I did the exercise of imagining being in a safe place, I notice that i still have the same scared thoughts/ feelings even when im in a safe space. I find it very challenging to imagine a future where I feel ok and safe. Just using my imagination can be challenging. Any tips? 🙏

      Be in a safe place among people that make you feel safe. Don't just imagine it.

    Hiya 😊 your videos help me alot ..I have tinnitus and stuck song as past year I think due to stress and anxiety..??I had alot of symptoms come and go dpdr disassociated. Twitching ,nerves etc..have you heard of the stuck song its the worst symptom

      Hi,
      This is due to Hypervigialance probably that comes with your anxiety. There's really great books written on the topic! 'Rewiring Tinitus' is a good one you should try
