I learned to eat a beans and rice diet. It saved my life and my budget. I ordered 100 pounds of dry beans and 100 pounds of dry rice for $250 US. It used to cost me that for one month on the standard American diet, and I lost weight, lowered my blood glucose, and saved a ton of money in medical expenses.

Some of this is the Ikea Effect - you enjoy things more if you make them yourself. :) Just found your channel and I'm enjoying it.

ohhh you are right handed? I am studying meditation and sides , i am right handed too and meditating with left leg more dominant than right , so left leg dominant and right hand dominant feels like more balanced for the hemispheres in the brain. When i meditate i can see my right hand activates more left.
what do you think of this?
