ENTJ's are not stubborn..... if somebody's logic, idea or process is much better than there's, ENTJ's without any ego will accept it; they are highly adaptable....
ENTJ, I would say the 'Frontline Warrior' or the commander that leads from the front. Fear isn't much of an issue for us, and when fight for something we really believe in we become the powerhouse ENTJs are known for. I want to note our high optimism, even at the darkest times we still keep pushing forward. Don't get it twisted, we are not all always stoic or harden, we love having our fun and our down time too.
In all honesty, I always found the few ENTJ’s that I encountered very fascinating, and wish I had more of them as friends. They are surprising abstract and intellectual, unlike the bulk the ESTJ’s that I know at my workplace. The ENTJ also makes ideal romantic partner for the INTP.
If someone has a better idea yeah, but if someone has an entirely different vision, then no. You’re correct though we do like our views challenged so we can either reinforce them or discard the ones that don’t work.

Us for us INTP’s will get together once a week and engage in the conversation in which love to participate in, and that is philosophy, science, religion ans other intellectual type topics. About the INTJ and ENTJ: After readin a bit into the matter of cognitive functions and the personality types themselfes, I am convinced I am a genetical ENTJ who's messed up life made me appear like a phenotypical INTJ, as for now. The share the same cognitive functions, just in different order. The Aux function of INTJ is the Dom of the ENTJ. Also the ENTJ is a lot less stereotypical extroverted than othes E-types, so its not as easy to distinguish. Apparently the INTJ is also more focused on longterm goals, while the ENTJ might be more focused on the mid to shorter term goals.
It’s been a journey to blend my ENTJ traits with my feminine nature. It’s true that I expected excellence and efficiency from coworkers, but also bring cookies and reward generously! Being a Boss Lady can trigger others, so best to discern what is worth the battle.

We are stubborn only if you are unable to justify your opinion / decision. If it's justifiable and rational, I - at least - am able to accept it immediately and adjust accordingly.
I mean we do have empathy for serious issues faced by others and we give our time and support for as long as needed, but if it’s not too serious we will usually find them a solution within two sentences or it lasts about 5-10 minutes of sympathy followed by us pushing a solution forward to whoever needs it… but we do have it!
If you really are an ENTJ, you CANNOT feel sorrowfully for being ENTJ. Moreover, needing others to reminds you your strengths is not likely ENTJ. You seem to have strong attach to feelings (F)

A true and confident ENTJ is not bossy and overly strict. That is more of ESTJ’s. They also have more of an authoritative parenting and leadership style, as opposed to authoritarian. The ideal match for the ENTJ is the intellectual and socially awkward INTP. If I didn’t have a partner (of 20 years), I would try to get myself an ENTJ.

I much prefer to be with someone whom is just as intelligent, or more intelligent as myself, as I know it is the surest way I can grow and learn. I resent the fact that people, especially men, select people for lifelong partner that are of equal, or greater than themselves. It is small wonder that we cannot colonize mars yet!
I’ve been taking the same test since i was 14 and the result was always INTP and today i took the test (as an 18 year old) and the result was ENTJ!!! It really surprised me how much i’ve changed
I feel like i'm forced to be an entj because i have to be the one to initiate everything and take control or else nobody will take it be it friends or family.
Main weakness is overconfidence. It sucks to get humbled as an ENTJ. My test resulted in ENTJ-A. And I get along with people easily because I am super contractual and I take their thoughts into account, they aren't just numbers or opportunities. I am just bad with social settings and small talk but I am going to a psychologist to fix that, I think is because I am not feeling the conversation and I am too cutting to conclusions but I will improve it.
Funny thing is I’m an ENTJ in the military(reaching for officer) and a business minor(trying to be an entrepreneur) but a psychology major(future counselor) I’d say I’m very empathetic unlike the video suggests but otherwise very accurate. 😂
I only offer emotional support to people I really care about and children. Everyone else I expect to get their sh*t together, particularly at work. If I had a dollar for everytime I've said, "This is a place of business, check your feelings at the door" I'd be obscenely wealthy.

Is it possible to be inbetween two types? I typed as INTJ but in many things I lean much more towards the ENTJ and as a kid and teenager, I was very very outgoing. It just feels as if at some point something has sucked out the ambition and energy. My theory is, that I was meant to be or born an ENTJ, but due to bad life experience, I overdeveloped the Ni Funktion to the point, where it overgrew the Te, because physically the Te became too exhausting.
As ENTJ we can take out peeps with 20 IQ points higher than us with ease, although empathy keeps us under check, mostly, unless the other team wants to die
Stubborn? Depends. If you bring me an idea or plan that will yield better results, I will immediately change course and do what yields the best possible result. I don't care whose idea it was. If you think I'm stubborn because I won't listen to you, it's probably because your idea would yield less than optimal results or we think you're incompetent. You want me to play your way, convince me you will produce better results.

They will accept new ideas as long as you only present one idea at a time. They cannot endure more than one idea at a time

As an ENTJ-A (assertive ENTJ), this video didn't seem precise to me. Maybe it's more suited to ENTJ-T people (turbulent ENTJ).
