Custom Gonk Droid Built for storing Greebles!
Episode 2 in a series of regular episodes from The Rebel Base Build!
The actual build starts about 3 mins in (if you don't want to hear a bit of fan reflection haha).
We're building a room-scale Star Wars Rebel Base! We will be building and merging different set pieces with themes from all over the Star Wars universe including a Millenium Falcon style seating area, Lightsaber workbench, home cinema droid projector, and a whole load of Star Wars prop builds for your greebly pleasure...
This week we build a custom Gonk Droid storage solution out of a £10 plastic storage drawer set and a bunch of 'household' greeblies! Cue the dramatic music and emotional Star Wars fan presentation and enjoy some Star Wars goodness.. Thank you to @thesmugglersroom for inspiration and support.

Ooooooooh I've seen a lot of Gonk builds before, haven't seen one done with stacker drawers

I was thinking, my drawers and boxes are filled with garbage and stuff I didn't want to throw away because of their re-purposing potential... do you have that problem where you've collected too much stuff? lol
Haha thanks man, hurts? The cringy greeble crush or purely the Star Trek cup.... ? Love Trek.. I'm very specific about what shows and movies though, but yes I much prefer Wars.. 👊
@@RebelBaseBuilds I meant the cup... I love seeing a man getting crushed by greeblies because I love greeblies! Lol. I enjoy Star Trek, but I haven't dived into it deep. I'm kind of a casual fan.

Haha to be honest its a pretty basic Gonk but was a fun build!
Thumbs up for he Star Trek mug. You're missing the laser disc version, from what I am told it is the closest you can get to the original theatrical release. Great build. The feet are an amazing design.

looks great. The orange piece on the feet kind of reminds me of the beak type face of the droids in phantom menace. As if their parts got recycled.
