When Ryu was first beaten by Ken, Ken gave him the red bandana until he found the answer for the control of the Dark Hado within him, which costed him the fight between Ken. So for Kage, the bandana is long, and covers him like a scarf, reminding him of the failure to contain it, therefore the bandana is longer and covers him like a scarf.
No wonder why Ryu purged Kage out of his system. "Shin No Tsu Toketemeru" actually means "I will stop your blood flow or Heart Beat". Ryu has no intention of following Kage's path.
Invasive.... Infernal.... Depraved..... Damned..... This theme simultaneously rocks and creeps me out at the same time. And I've listened to a lot of metal. Compared to Oni's theme, the gasping and tormented howls, as well as the reverbrating distorted koto helps emphasize the horrific and demonic edge this song presents. Oni's sounds more heavenly, while this sounds like RAINING BLOOOODDDD FROM A LACERATED SKYYYYYYY

Well, so the Dark Hado literally has a mind of it's own. Explains a lot when it comes to those who obtain it just want to kill everything in sight if they're fully consumed.
He's not easy at all to use. He's at a disadvantage in the neutral against most SFV characters that have better ranged normals. I wish they took off lower body vulnerability for his V-Skill. His jumping mk is a very good cross-up and has a wide hit box, but you shouldn't be jumping with him that often. I use cr. mp, cr. mk, f. hp, and V-Skill a lot. That's how I get in without V-Trigger.
Cool theme. Really violent and chaotic, like Kage himself. This part (a.k.a. the best part of the song imo): 1:31 really reminded me of Control Crisis from KOF '97 for some reason. Probably the guitar or something.

Compare the part at 1:08 to 1:16 to the first part of Ryu's SFII theme, before the main melody starts. I love how distorted this part is, compared to the original riff. It's a cool little reference.
im gonna say it: the final dlc character from 5 has to be oni. and i can already imagine onis story scenario (being non-canon of course) Akuma, after recieving a particularly vicious beatdown from kage, gets so desperate to win that he tries to tap into his shin akuma form...only the satsui no hado to completely overtake him, transforming him into oni.
