As much as I love watching this, the speedrunners mindset where you just want driving directly to the objective without any resistance is showing through on this lol. It’s meant to be something you can’t beat in one try, going to the pay and spray and not dying while the star cooldown is active is part of the artificial difficulty of the mod. It’s not supposed to be fair or speedrun friendly, it’s supposed to be the opposite lol I kind of get the “don’t just put 4 star wanted level in every mission” but there’s always a way to do it without hoping by pure luck the cops don’t gun you down.

I find the modification and increased difficulty in this entertaining, and the frustration understandable at the same time! :)

how can you change difficulty level in vice city? i didn't even know it had multiple levels, though i only played the ps2 version
Watching this I agree with Ben The cops in the mod are kind of unnecessary as all the added changes make it difficult enough.
difficulty options should be given in newtonmeter or pound feet per inch
