HipTrac in Supine

A quick tutorial on how to use the HipTrac for home hip therapy. The HipTrac provides the same long axis traction (LAT) as done by physical therapists in clinic to relieve the pain and improve mobility for patients with hip osteoarthritis (hip OA), impingement (FAI) and other hip pathologies.
