The reason why I am asking all these questions is that I am very confused between 13400 and 13500. The negligible price difference is only making it more confusing to choose one. I've seen many videos, read articles of individual components as well as comparision of both these processors. But I'm dying to know an user's practical perspective. I am trying to build an all-rouder PC which does a decent job of everything that you throw at it. I had already bought a 650W PSU, Deepcool PK650D (I know, not a smart move purchasing the PSU first without even finalizing the main components but yeah, I did that).
@@T00RNAD00I don't use it in my own system, but I've built a system with this CPU for a friend. It is a good CPU, but it comes with many issues. First of all, 13500 power consumption and thermal are almost on par with 13600K, which is fine until you realise the CPU throttles like hell with a stock cooler, and it also means you've got to increase your budget for AIO or invest in a beefy air cooler like the AK620. In the Indian climate, sometimes even beefy air coolers fail to keep up. You can try reducing the power limit from BIOS to 64W, but that also comes with massive performance issues, and at this stage, the CPU becomes a discount of 13400. Is it worth it at this price point? Maybe if you are on a tight budget and sincerely cannot go for 13600K, sure? Personally, I'd rather go with the 13400 or upcoming 14400 in January 2024 or even the AMD 7600, but the idle power consumption of AM5 CPUs is absolute trash and definitely not good if your system does anything other than gaming.
@@IAMNOTRANA Thanks brother. I evaluted my requirements and decided that I don't need a 13600k. I was willing to finalize on 13400 but then got to know that 13500 is just ₹2k(roughly) extra while offering more cores. So I thought why not go for it instead and confused from that point onwards.. It is clear from your inputs that it doesn't really makes sense.. I think I will wait for 14400 and then decide between 14400 or 13400. Thanks again for the detailed explanation. yaaa 13500 its more power hungry i have it and i feel it... bro i have set it to at 125 watt max now i d tried cinebench r23 and it works perfect temprature never goes over 80 deggre at max load.... but when set power limit auto it cunsumes more than 180 plus watt power and trust me it runs really hot.... i tried everything two types of air cooler, two types liquid cooler and how manny times i changed thermal paste but problem is not solved so if you buy 13500 then i suggest you to set power limit at 125 watt then it works well and yaa u lose some performance but this cpu has more core and more thread count and if its matter to u then go for it....

Guys please help me out with this! I bought a new pc and sometimes the pc showing "no signal" I unplugged my display cable from the pc cleaned it and inserted it back again and the pc boots up. But then again when I turned off few time later while I turn on pc shows "no signal". Then I did the same but this time unplugged and plugged back in on monitor. It boots up but then again few time later when I turn on my pc it shows "no signal". Please guys help me out it's an expensive system for me and I'm feeling quite helpless because store is quite far and I can't get there without spending much money. This system is 5600G and has 16GB Ram with a sufficient 650 watts PSU. Please please provide me with all possible measures to solve this.

i won't recommend you to use a 240mm AIO with a 13600K as its a pretty hot running CPU
