I mean, you can still play this build and it's strong once you start getting close to IE completion (get boots 1 when you have 300g to spare, but don't upgrade them until after IE is done, PD MS+basic boots is enough).
i like navoris into poke heavy champs, it makes your q cooldown way quicker when you auto, if you dont have the cd at 1.33 yet and you get your windwall back in like less than 10 seconds as long as youre autoing something
it's the same with any Yasuo's build, you're not gonna do more damage with bork/stridebreaker or kraken/stridebreaker, Armor is armor. But something positive about crit Yasuo is when you ult your gonna melt every single tank because the ult's pasive, something the other builds don't do, even if you use the ulti with those builds, you won't do more damage, but with crit Yasuo, you will. I'm a diamond player so maybe my opinion doesn't count but... It's just my opinion
@@Hasakey20 the thing is, this build gives ONLY damage and nothing else. You have no survivability, no sticking power, no CDR for windwall, no additonal bulk, no movespeed, the only thing you get is damage. You aren't melting a tank if said tank can just oneshot your squishy ADC a$$.
@RiverNunu but going full damage in the first two items means you free to go max defensive with the rest of your item slots. The reverse of bork stride where you have to spec into crit 3rd and 4th. The normal build focuses on early powerspikes but it will always fall off compared to Yuntal IE core because the latter has way more damage and survivability after 3rd item. Here are some builds that only work with yuntal IE core: 1) Teamfight god: 1.1)Yun/IE + steraks, rookern, hexplate. You can adjust the item order any way you want it will still work, hexplate 3rd better for damage. Steraks and rookern give you a once in a teamfight lifeline fat shields, protecting you from getting focused and extra tenacity and 1300 extra hp! 1.2) Yun IE+ DD, GA, Cleaver/ISB/Locket/Maw. A more resistances based approach to teamfighting. When facing pesky anti shield + maxhp damage, you can sacrifice the reliability of HP as a stat and go for resistances. DD and GA are potent items when used right and could make you basically a bruiser vs AD comps, while malmortius is a weaker but still a good anti-magic choice compared to rookern since rookern needs hp. Locket is just a cheap, consistent and good item. 2) Splitpush and duelist: 2.1) BT tech: Lifesteal has always been good in 1v1s where you are somewhat protected from getting oneshot unlike in a teamfight, because the longer you live the longer you will live due to having more time to lifesteal. So indeed a pretty good 3rd item, albeit expensive, because it can transition into teamfights too as it's flexible due to the ichorshield passive which you can stack before the skirmish and don't forget the BT DD combo, which compliment eachother and make the item good in teamfights as DD buys you potent death delay which lets you lifesteal more and get the DD reset with your team, making you overall quite tanky, but also a great splitpusher. 2.2) Hexplate tech: The brute force method is hexplate, since the item is 200% gold efficient you basically have 4 items and lets you win against the toplane demigod bruisers even without bork. This can easily transition into the first discussed teamfight build. 2.3) Jaksho tech. Useless in a teamfight due to the very long time to stack but when dueling you can definitely stack jaksho. Use it against AP Splitpush threats like morde, since then you can run wits/maw+jaksho and dominate sidelane. DD+jaksho also works but is less potent because DD doesn't have a good duel passive compared to the other 2, but this version is very serviceable against AD threats and better in teamfights. 3) Assasin: Yun IE+ LDR, opportunity, DD is the only serviceable Yasuo assasin build. Yone is way better with this build but it still works on Yasuo, albeit you will need a good knockop champ like diana and an enchanter to help your squishiness. *Yone only builds: The mentioned builds also work on Yone but he has some that only work on him and not yas. 1) Yun IE+ LDR, voltaic, DD/edge of night. This assasin build is what Yasuo assasin wishes to be, and it works because Yone has much more safety with his E and Voltaic Q 99% slow + Immediate ULT is a guranteed CC chain into death. Still sucks at killing bruisers 1v1 and tanking poke or frontlining. 2) Amazing jaksho Splitpush king build: Yun IE+ terminus, Jaksho, DD. Terminus is amazing on yone as it gives him resistances but also armor+magic pen, which lets him destroy any enemy toplaner, as in 1v1s he has enough time to stack both terminus and jaksho and become immortal while dealing a ton. DD rounds out the build and improves teamfighting. Also, in the upcoming update where boots will be buffed if u get feats of strength, you will be able to sell Yuntal for LDR as T3 berserkers will be more than enough. Convinced? Compare this to the miniscule choices you have after Bork+Stridebreaker, due to playing for powerspikes instead of build stability like Yuntal IE core. Both are good but if you can build Yun, you should, it's just more stable. Sometimes you can't due to how important bork is of course, but you don't get a Mundo every game, so it's fine.
@@RiverNunu Your reply make no fucking sense, there's not many tanks can one shot your squishy ADC and even if there are, bringing ADC into the argument make no sense cus YS is not ADC, and YS is not a burst assassin either, his job is to dish out DPS so ofc he cant one shot a tank, but his kit can definitely melt a tank, and so building just damage ofc will help him with that, but we all know in practice without all those survivability stats, YS will die the second he use his R and thus lower his usefulness and DPS anyw
I am no PZZZang, but Triforce is not optimal when you are not fighting with a wave of minions, because your passive does not proc with your Q(because Q counts as an attack, not as an ability), so to proc triforce you have to rely on your W, E and R and so you don't get as many procs especially when you are not fighting in a minion wave.

As far as it being viable now, well, it's not terrible, but Stridebreaker is all around better. It gives slightly more AD, more HP and the cleave passive + the active are so good.

@@setter9 Unless I'm misreading the item, it doesn't take *that* long to stack the passive. Kraken gives Yasuo an insanely good 1-item powerspike so it's hard to pass that up as a 1st item choice here (item falls off later too since the passive damage isn't level scaled anymore).

you can try yun tal and ie but with conqueror i use this in masters and it goes pretty good the problem i have is damage, with this build i feel doing damage more like a crystal cannon but without getting killed by tanks ahahahahahahah pls try it.
Always IE.. yea BF costs much but nothing tops the crit imho. Bork, green arrow(that thing with griev wounds) and then IE. It makes you even catch up when you were behind. You can buy pickaxe and crit cloke.. u don't need to BF first. That way u'll have the DMG and crit without spending much.. that arrow item and Bork gives enough as.. games where I can buy the 3rd item IE are less. It ends be4 that anyways

pd doesn't give hp dmg and usefull passives. The only good thing is phantom and ms stats.
PD, IE and the old Frozen Mallet with slow for BA. That was peak yasuo for me
