Why does LT proc sometimes and sometimes not? I had many incidents where it stacked on yas q but not on yone q. Also at 3:08 it stacks on the tornado but at 3:13 it does not. Also it does not stack at the following eq into R kombo. I'm confused.
Any on-hit effect from yasuo and yone q will only apply to the first target hit with the q. So if you have grasp and the enemy is behind a minion when you hit q, it won’t proc
Guys what do you all think about Fleet against Poke/long range enemies? I find myself enjoying that setup over grasp or HOB. I mostly use Grasp against melees or lanes I know i can easily win and HoB for lanes with 1 v 1 outplay potential, but I'm not liking the new Lethal Tempo very much, it feels mediocre compared to the old one or even Grasp because its gameplay is around going all in but even when it's stacked I don't feel that it's doing that much ...
pta statistically is the worst rune for yasuo so i would avoid it even pz he didnt mention it at all in his last guide for kraken no one knows its still too early to tell the build for yas will probably change or be more optimized as his winrate doesn't look at all good for now

I feel like its intentional that its not too good on Yas/Yone. More of an adc rune who pokes longer in fights and gets value. Grasp damage, health scaling, and demolish has so much value as of now until rito catches on.
tempo is okay... I play mostly adc yas so fleet is still better. I tried a few games on it and vs melee its decent but still fleet for kiting and lane is so much better. Tempo is mid even IF you proc it. The damage feels alright but the attack speed is so little per stack.
fleet is like the bottom tier of yasuo runes rn. hob is so much better in bot, grasp the best rune in mid and top and lethal tempo is pretty underwhelming on yasuo but still feel better than fleet. it has legit no value because it forces you to hit enemy champ and not minions which is counteractive when yas and yone have to stack q on minions constantly
I think LT is a task rune, in matchups you can go all in, and in my opinion its greatest strength is to quickly spike in a combo on it and catch them, doing it when they are not expecting it
