Stevie I just wanna say how much I appreciate these videos. My C10 was delivered last Tuesday they put the sliding bench back on the website so I purchased that immediately and finish putting it together last night. This is a game changer and your videos definitely helped. Thanks for providing the great content. I think I’m gonna add this updated piece as well.
Thanks for sharing the lat bar that you bought. Please get that sliding bench workout video up , I’m needing to make my decision on making the C10 purchase with the Sliding bench attachment. A lot of times accessories look good in a picture or video but they really aren’t as good as people claim them to be.
I’m definitely planning on finishing that video soon. There is a bit of a learning curve with the sliding bench in order to get the proper range/feel of the movements. That’s why it’s been a little delayed.
Great video🙌thank you. i assembled my c10 last weekend and it is amazing. But i do not like the j-hooks, one has like 1.5 cm of space between the top of the hook and the upright. And the other one about 0.5 cm. So not snug at all. Same thing with the safety’s. Not really comforting with heavy weight on the bar. Is this normal?
I'm very curious about the sliding bench. Is the quality worth the $700 price tag? Is the weight from the 440 stack enough for those wanting to do a super heavy leg workout? Just bought the C10 recently partly thanks to your reviews, hoping for a good, honest review that breaks down the good and bad before paying for the bench though.
I will definitely be covering the sliding bench in as much detail as possible. It’s not cheap and I want to make sure it warrants the price tag. I will say this- the 1:2 ratio on the lower pulleys is no joke using the sliding bench.
Cool design (mag grip multi essentially) & more neutral grip options are always amazing but appears on the heavier. Feeling tension seems easier with light cable attachments IMHO
@@StevieRichardsFitness ages ago, I had tried a similar attachment (the back widow)…it just felt waaay to heavy for a cable attachment at least & didn’t allow me to properly focus on the tension of the lift due to the heaviness & bulk. For landmine, it worked amazing though! Ended up selling it
If you use the neutral grip on you lat pulldowns, instead of the usual pronated grip, you're in fact involving much more bicep that any back muscles. Not saying that's a bad thing if that is what you're trying to achieve.
I had a smaller space before with 2 feet on each side of the trainer and, although a little tight, it worked for me. As far as the space in front of the trainer- if you have the C10 and sliding bench, you may need a few extra feet to be safe.
Thank you for the review. Could you kindly show if the weight stack can add on further weights using a weight stack pin? If it's possible, will it be restrictive doing low rows or hack squat leg press if I add a 20kg weight plate?
Who’s waiting on a review of Nia Jax NOT holding the rope last night when she dropped on Ripley’s spine? I don’t want to make assumptions, but she looked really hurt. I hope she is ok.

Thanks for commenting and congrats on the C10.
Keep me updated on how it’s working for you.
One day my budget will let me invest in these amazing machines. I can't get enough of Stevie and his recommendations, thank you!
Great video 👍
Awesome video Stevie! Definitely helps people with less knowledge of the capabilities of the machine

It's a nice piece of equipment, but I've got the original mag grips, and they are fantastic. Ergonomically I don't see how anything can be better.

Boom goes the dynamite

Great points. My #1 reason was the improved ergonomics on my joints, which using lighter weights is important for me as well.

I’m trying to involve everything I can at my age lol.
How much space do you feel you need around this large piece of equipment. I.e. 2ft of each side and in front?
I had a smaller space before with 2 feet on each side of the trainer and, although a little tight, it worked for me.

Yes I plan on testing some fractional weights with the C10 in the future.
Only downside to this attachment is not being able to use versa grips for heavier loads.
