Awesome to see you continuing this series! I'm actually really looking forward to the update tomorrow based on the official teasers, but I won't tell you because it might ruin the surprise.
Also, now that you seem to be at the point where you're actually making progress, it's super important to focus on your Event stat, as it can make basically all of these grindy tasks take half, third, or even a quarter as long! I'll just give a list of what you should be going after.
Cheese: You already have it, starts at +1 Event, and maxes at +10
Chocola: Unlocked via the Chao School event in Green Hill, gives +10 Event no matter the level.
Doom's Eye: You already have it, starts at +2 Event, and maxes at +6
Gold/Silver Style Chao: Unlocked from the Gold Eggs by just running around a lot, they give +8 Event when fused.
Red Hero Chao: Unlocked from the Cyber Station vending machine, it does cost 500,000,000 rings per opening though. Gives +6 Event when fused.
Chocola and Gold/Silver Style Chao should be your top priorities as Event stat only counts in multiples of 10, and those are the easiest ways to get a lot of Event stat.
