Hi. In order to fully understand what is going on in your sketch(@3:16/2901) I would like to hear an explanation of what s happening when you rotate the ellipse - is it a 2D rotation or 3D? Further I would like to know, what are those 5 blue construction lines representing and what about the end points and the points just off the endpoints? What is the meaning of that. Are they axes of each ellipse segment with with its focus point??? If so, why they are not covering each other? They should be coincident! Or is it something else? Thank you for explanation note here on this page....
