Your photography is absolutely amazing, *especially* for someone who is so relatively new to it. Thank you for "leaning into it," so to speak. I love seeing it, and it was great to learn more about what you do in this video.

One other request. Hey, "Don't Ask, Don't Get," yeah? Would you consider doing a video, possibly interviewing some folks, about disabled or partially disabled or elderly people keeping large snakes safely? I expect to have this snake into my healthy eighties. In my case, at least I have students who are fascinated and excited to help me out with the heavy lifting. But help us out, those of us among the aging, lame and hault. Must we exchange our big snakes for wee hoggies? 😉

Delighted by your photography! This is a side bar, but with adult ADHD, whadaya gonna do? 😊 I'm getting my first retic after 40 years in reptiles, a gorgeous baby "dwarf" girlie. I've kept balls, big bloods and Borneos with attitude, carpets, boas, agro Nerodias, and loads of other colubrids. But I have to admit I'm a little concerned about a big snake with possible feeding aggression. I'm nearly 60 and recovering from a disabling health issue. My massive blood mistook my hand for a rat when I was cleaning and not paying proper attention recently. She grabbed my pinky so violently that my whole hand was bruised afterward, and she literally couldn't get her teeth unpicked from my flesh when she immediately discovered her error. If my brother hadn't been around to help us out of our bloody fix, I don't know what we would have done. Could you please make a video for experienced snake people who are new to retics on how to begin as you intend to go forward, with proper handling, bonding, and good feeding practices so that I do not end up with a monster when she's as big as a pony? Example anxiety: I have never used a snake hook on anything but rattlesnakes to move them off the road. What is hook training all about? And my dogs are clicker trained; can my retic be clicker (or even target) trained? And re: targets, what colors can snakes see so that I can design proper targets? See what I mean about ADHD and sidebars??? 😂😂😂
