Yes I love open world games but there's nothing worse than driving around a boring open world. Really hope they make it fun to drive around again. I don't see the FH6 vs GTA 6 argument. Different game genres, different age ratings, partly different audience. FH6 will also have a PC release and day 1 gamepass, GTA 6 will be ony PS and Xbox at the moment and the big console sales are on PS anyway. And it's a big if wheter we'd even get GTA 6 on consoles, we only got one trailer so far with minimal information.
Nearly every gamer has played GTA, you might not but nearly everyone did. I am a Forza Horizon fan but I will for sure also be buying GTA 6, a lot more people will be like me.

I also don't understand why the general consensus has been that FH6 can't come out this year because GTA6 is coming out. They are two completely different types of games. Racing is a part of GTA but the side mission completions are the focus. Horizon is just racing. And if I remember correctly, FH5 was initially introduced in Summer of 2021 and then was released the following November. So its highly possible that we'll be getting the new game by the end of this year.
I hope that with FH6 we get more wide bodies, better engine tuning/power (come on, a BMW S58 making only 850hp? The B58 alone can make over 1k, and thats just the tip of the iceberg), Rework the "torque multiplier" in the game (if they want a balancing factor, include a "drivetrain loss" stat or something, not something that can give as low as 50% of the power you see to 150% of the power you see), better engine sounds, and hopefully a map that keeps up with Horizon Mexico and Horizon Australia. If I have to wait till mid-late 2026 for that, I honestly wouldnt even be mad.
Love the vids man, been watching you for several years now and as someone who also has an ungodly amount of hours on racing games including FH5 I would really like to see some more content of you playing on the wheel. I just recently got a sim setup of my own and can assure you I will never play another racing game on controller. It has made things way more difficult but that difficulty is what I had been looking for because controller had just gotten too easy for me. I know you dont have the most optimal desk setup for a wheel but I'd like to see you attempt some drifting on the wheel as well as maybe some golden togue times because I've been having an absolute blast on FH5 after switching to a wheel and it has completely revived the game for me. Just a suggestion but no matter what video you put out you can count on me watching it. Much love man and keep up the good work

@@rileyvosper411thats true but they will make a far better open world map than horizon until prooven Otherwise its 1600km2 map witch is 14-15x bigger than fh5 map. With more life around it. Their will be things like dealerships, workshops, renting cars for Nurburgring, refuel your cars. I doubt forza horizon 6 could ever dream off to top that.
Ac evo sure looks to feature the best free roam map ever in history. Fh6 has no chance.

@@GamerDaSkater You are completely wrong. Xbox does not care about exclusives in their mainline games to PlayStation no matter what. It started with Sea of Thieves and will end with Gears/Halo on there.
Horizon 5 is nearing the end of its life cycle and it only make sense for them to put it on PlayStation. They have no other leverage and can only make money on another console. I would love to hear your dumb argument against Xbox, a company that is ditching exclusives, to not release it on PS5. They only want to make money so why wouldn't they? You're stuck in 2007 mindset

I watch 3-4 ytubers about this topic. But you only mention, to be honest for me, huge problem. And that is GTA6 it can really be a huge competition. My Xbox friends, as i may notice, mostly play gta5 in the same time as FH5.
It won’t be a huge problem because the people that want both buy both. It’ll be some kids that want both or are going to get one or the other. The main population with a job and money they don’t care. They buy which ever one they want
@DUBSmb im affraid of the open world of GTA6. If they do it correctly, and as announced, it can be a huge addiction. As i get it. Literally every object will be accessible. Palette of possibilities will be way more superior comparing to other games. Yes. It wont hold me, 43 years old. But for youngsters...

@@DUBSmb What makes you say that? In my opinion, it for sure is. Sea of Thieves was just the beginning of Xbox porting titles over to PlayStation. Xbox is all about profits and not about Exclusives anymore. They want it on as many platforms as possible. There's even talk about Halo and Gears going over to PlayStation. As a business perspective, it makes total sense to put it on there. So I'd love to hear your reasoning as to why they wouldn't?
