I'm watching from northern Iraq, I've seen a bunch of your videos on the HSCOPE I'd be looking for a way to get one 👍🏻 thanks for your short efficient and thoroughly explained videos. It's quite helpful to get a perspective from someone who's well informed in the subject.
it always amazes me how far away these video can reach thx so much for your comment and I do hope you're able to get your hands on a HS502 oscilloscope I understand, not easy in your part of the world...
@@theGADGETSplaylist thanks, it's definitely harder, but not impossible. I've got a pico 2205a , but the 8bit vertical resolution is a very noticeable bottle neck when it comes to certain tests. Your videos reach far because they're good, dense , efficient , short, no music blasting my poor ears. I'm not going elsewhere as long as I find what I'm looking for here 🙂 thanks for your videos, being a lazy person myself i really appreciate the effort you put into in making them.
Have you had a chance to look at a CAN FD network communication yet? Im interested if the HScope can pick up the fastest speeds. Thanks love the content!
I have not played with CAN FD I understand it can be up to 8x faster so would require fast scope with deep memory. All currently HScope supported budget oscilloscopes would surely be taxed to the limit, and likely beyond
Seen Martin’s video the other day demonstrating LIN bus decoding and noticed the CAN on the drop down. Not sure (at my level) I could realize much utility from this facility 🤔 Scan tool likely DTC’s any non communicato module. Good job demonstrating its capabilities. Cheers Denis 🍻
Wow...just wow. Thank you for this eye-opening information. Do you think my Hantek 1008c will stil be good to go forward with, or should I buy a Loto or HS512 scope (automotive repair)?
HT1008c is too limited even with 2 channels, the HS512 is the go-to budget scope for automotive scope... and with HScope and automotive licenses bundled in, it's a no brainer
Hi Denis , I got the license for the digital and it shows under license, but no digital channel shows on the channel selection. Is there a trick to activating it or did I somehow purchase it for the wrong scope. I'm trying on the hs512 but also have a license for the 1008c. Thanks!

Hello ,I have purchased the digital channel and turned it on, but the process doesn't work, can you please make a video of it because for example in case even the gear doesn't appear in the screen, maybe something changes from this video to actual time ,appreciate, thanks

Well presented Denis & no paracetamol required. Awesome work from Martin 👌
thx Phil:)
Unbelievable all the features added to Hscope over the last couple years! Your explanation was so concise even I was able to understand it.
especially when we factor that 1 man is developing it...you'd think there was a team behind it all...amazing!
REALLY good video. Straightforward and educational. Thanks Dennis
thanks Jesse:)
thank you Denis great info regards from South Africa

Do you recommend the HS512 over the HS502 for automotive use?
@@GABERSCATIC HS502 is out of stock (likely indefinitely)
so yeah, the ±32v HS512 is the way to go
@@theGADGETSplaylist I just ordered one of the two HS502 available last week. I wonder if I made a bad choice?
@@GABERSCATIC not at all...unless you work on 24v vehicles...
the ±16v input of the HS502 gives superior low voltage measurements

Is the hscope 512 do everything the hscope 502 does the reason why I'm asking is the 502 is not in stock
±16v input range being dropped in favor of ±32v input range which the HS512 is
HS512 is now THE choice:)
Thanks Denis👍🏼💪🏽
nice to have you drop by, Ramon:)
Nice video as always, keep up the good work Denis!
thanks Alex:)
What scope are you using
in this video, it's the low cost LENOVO M9 and I do like it
