Perfect taste, native painting talent, native teaching talent - it is amazing the way that you make things look so easy! Congratulations and thank you so much!
I've literally just stumbled upon your videos, and it was refreshing to see someone who doesn't talk forever and gets right to the painting, I appreciate that so much. I also love that you don't have crazy music which makes it heard to hear. I enjoyed how you demonstrated the different brush strokes when using ink, and I especially love that you use Escoda brushes, I've been using them and I am really happy with them. Thank you for a very good video. Do you work mainly with ink? If so, I look forward to seeing more.
I do a lot of ink, real and digital commercial work, but only have a few tutorials here. so far. Definitely will have more going forward! thank you for your feedback:)
@@AnnaBucciarelli This is gorgeous, I'd love to see more. Also seconding how great it is not to have any crazy or loud music in the background. I have such a hard time hearing the words when there is background music of any volumne.
Beautiful, just learning painting 🖼 and drawing ✍️. When I was diagnosed by cancer. I gave lots time. So found relaxing hobby. Many thanks for a beautiful tutorial.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I did not know you could dilute water based inks- never thought of it! Can you reconstitute them once they have dried in the palette?
Thank you Anna for this great tutorial. It is beautiful! This would make a lovely card❣️ I have quite a lot of Dr P.H. Martins liquid water-colours that work like inks. They are very staining and when dry can be painted over without smudging. These techniques will work well with them. That pink is such a gorgeous colour!
what do you clean your watercolour brushes after using newton & winsor inks please....thank you so much for sharing your videos ...they have helped me alot ...Thank you so much Anna💜
Rosie, I have a whole video on brush cleaning ruclips.net/video/5fk4UB5VKpk/видео.html.❤️ just use artists brush soap from your local art store if you can’t find this particular brand 😊
Dear Anna….thank you for your reply…I already use Escobar soap for my brushes…I use Escoda synthetic brushes I bought the red set after your review and they are fantastic, thank you…I just wasn’t sure if I could use the soap on my brushes after using the Newton & Winsor ink, I thought I might need something stronger….thank you for the video link…that was very sweet of you…. God bless you and thank you again💜🦋💐
Hmmm… I tried this before and with enough water they can be somewhat reactivated BUT the resulting mixture is not the same as the original - the flow is worse (naturally as tap water is not exactly what was in them originally) and I also find it to be super dusty - with every precaution to cover the palette there are still particles of dirt. It’s definitely not ideal - sorry! I wish it worked like watercolors 😊 thank you Kathryn!
Stunning work, Anna! I'm so glad I found your RUclips channel! I just ordered some watercolor inks and some tiny brushes and I plan to up my detail game! Thanks! Can't wait to see more! Patty
i know Im randomly asking but does anyone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot my account password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
@Muhammad Emmitt I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Thank you! I don’t normally make outlines for free yourube tutorials but I do share reference photos for Watercolor work ☺️ you will find a full package for each tutorial on my SkillShare channel (outlines, palettes, alternative supply record etc) ❤️
I loved your series of reviews of the Escoda brushes and now there are more brilliant videos to come. This looks so simple but awesome! I don't have watercolour inks but I have acrylic inks. Do you think they would work too?
Thank you Anna. I’m new to this and am curious as to whether you require distilled water or is tap water OK. Also, can you over dilute India ink or acrylic ink? Cheers.
@@EKS49 Staining will occur with regular use even with regular watercolors, that doesn’t spoil the brush. What you have to be aware of with India Ink is to completely wash it out before it dries since once it does the shellac binder doesn’t wash out. So long as you wash your brushes after use and care for them as normal using ink (specifically permanent ones like India) is no more harmful than watercolor
Sorry if by any chance you talked about this already, if you did, I didn't catch it! Quick question is you could help me... Does alcohol (india) ink stain porcelain/ceramic palette? Or does it wipes away like watercolors? I'm about to buy my first inks and don't want to ruin my watercolor palette!
I would suggest one more technique. The brush must be drier (or the ink must be less). Right at the limit where you can still paint with it. On the rugged paper it's supposed to leave stains similar in shape and texture to a charcoal or pencil. Look at the first few seconds in this video ruclips.net/user/shortswR19YibdOmI

Skillful finesse of delicate ink painting !
Thank you Nadya! 💜 I haven’t done ink tutorials in a while - now you got me thinking I should do one ASAP 😊💜💜💜
Painting is so beautiful!! 😍

It depends on whether it is an ink that is waterproof once dry.
Wow looks sooo easy :))))… I will see how easy is after I will try it. Thank you!
Enjoy 💗
I love how you have explained everything so easy to follow along. Really beautiful painting much appreciated!
Thank you! 😊 So glad you enjoyed it! More ink tutorials to come in 2021 💜
Does it wash off as easy as watercolor?
So pretty😍🥰 I've been into fountain pen inks lately as I find them to flow better than watercolors! So fun to use
lovely. Simple and classic
Thank you Sudha! 💜
Lovely a❤ and I love your brushes , what are these?
Beautiful, simply the best. love to learn, Thank you so much to teach us🌹🌹🌹!
Tong Wang thank you for your support! 😊❤️ Enjoy!
Your painting, technique and tutorial are brilliant. I think I will give the inks I just been gifted to someone with talent.
Thank you so much Ronel! 😊Dont give them all away - keep the inks and play around with them to see what you can come up with 😉❤️
Please don't give them away, use them to practice with to get better, you can do it.
@@AnnaBucciarelli Thank you for your kind advice!
@@katiewelikanna3588 Katie, you are also very kind. I will experiment and practice. Thank you!
What's the difference using alcohol vs regular paint? Or say alcohol markers vs alcohol ink?

Thank you, I have a set of Bombay inks, but didn’t really know how to use them. Can they be re-saturated in the palette once dried?

This looks so simple but awesome! I don't have watercolour inks but I have acrylic inks. Do you think they would work too?
Yes definitely would work! As long as the paper is cotton and can absorb water any ink would be fun to work with:) Thank you Silke!

Thank you Maria ❤️ I usually use tap water - never had any issues. And yes, absolutely India ink or acrylic ink will work!
@@AnnaBucciarelli Thank you Anna.
Thank you
Would the same brushes be used for both ink and watercolour?
EKS yes! All the same brushes will work! 😊
