Hi thanks so much for taking the time to post this comment - all feedback is good feedback, in future videos I will be mindful of getting into the exercises as soon as possible and talking less. Hope you enjoyed the exercises when you finally got to see them, thanks again Cheers Michelle

After watching each of your strengthening videos and listening carefully to your instructions, I learned what I was doing wrong and why I kept getting hurt. Thank you very much for all of the detailed explanations on each exercise and showing the correct, safe way to perform them.

This was helpful.. especially with the 'talking' as you explained proper form and why you are showing this exercise as it was performed. Often, I think people get in a rush and just want to see the exercise, then wonder why they either are hurting or it isn't working for them...
Only thing I'd like to see altered is, if possible, an extra camera angle head on or from behind you (split screen) so I can see how close your arms are and your back muscles engaging.

Wow. Perhaps that's why I get so much pain near my shoulder blades. That was obscenely hard for doing them with 2.5 pound weights.
