1) I always hear people say low heel to toe, or zero drop shoes were bad for PF. 2) I always stretched my calves, and stretched in general because I'm always on my feet, but when I started getting PF bad I stretched more, when I stopped stretching all together my PF started going away.

Yes
I have very narrow feet and high arches and Morton’s neuroma. These shoes appear to only come in wide width
