Note: I've played GD for 5 years actively and can not complete ONE extreme demon, I have been playing Rythm games like osu actively for 1 Month, and I am already a 5 Star player at osu! Take that as you will Edit: To add to that, I have played GD all day every day, and when I say actively on osu! I mean for 30 minutes every day. And I have NEVER played a rtyhm game before that time period as well. So unless I have some Raw skill at osu! GD is far harder personally. Npesta also took 400+ Hours to beat the #4 Ranked level in the game, not even top #1 Level and a Top player took 8 Months out of his life to stream GD, and was so emotionally attached to this level (Kenos) That he cried on stream and got super emotional, which he has not done before or since

Obviamente Geometry dash es mucho más difícil q Osu y lo puedo decir con razón ya q mis amigos y yo jugamos parte GD/Osu pero en dificultad GD gana y por mucho dado q en Osu los mapas más difíciles no te vas a meter más de 3 - 6 incluso un año para pasarlo como es el caso de GD y los niveles dificultad extreme demon, en Osu das clicks al ritmo de la música frenéticamente y no tan exactos ya q te dan un area para q puedas darle a tiempo en cambio en GD no, son los llamados timings q en GD las orbes para saltar tienes (en los demons) que darles exactamente dónde es, si les das un poco atrás o delante mueres, además en osu se mantiene pulsado se da clicks etc pero como q no tiene mucha variedad, me refiero a q en GD el jugador se convierte en nave,bola, wave,ufo,robot y araña, cada uno de estos vehículos tienen una jugabilidad diferente y por ende los cambios de gravedad (otra cosa q lo hace aún más difícil) no les va a afectar a todos por igual por ejemplo el wave o la nave no van a actúar igual q el cubo en gravedad invertida , ésto de la gravedad se puede combinar con más y más orbes y constantes cambios de gravedad para dar una mayor dificultad, luego sumado a eso vienen los cambios de tamaño del jugador, al pasar ésto las físicas no van a ser las mismas q antes y tampoco ésto va a afectar igual a todos los vehículos, por ejemplo la misma wave en ves de subir en 45° ahora sube en un ángulo mayor, el cambio de tamaño no te permite saltar tantos bloques de altura pero en cambio puedes entrar en lugares más estrechos, existe una variedad de cosas para hacer un gameplay divertido en GD pero a la vez estresante, ahí entra la decoración osea eso aporta un punto muy grande a favor de GD pq Osu lo q puede hacer es cargar una imagen o gif de fondo pero en GD da creación de niveles puede tardar hasta 3 años ejemplo de esto Orochi, en GD el apartado de crear niveles es un mundo muy complejo también y q puedes dejar volar tu imaginación, sin nada más q decir seguro se me escapan montón de cosas pero igual los dos son juegos grandiosos pero hay q admitir q en dificultad GD gana

In 2.3 (Geometry dash update) I wouldn’t be surprised if you could interact with blocks with your mouse and have to lift walls up to pass through and place your own path to finish the level

Gd can and can’t be a rhythm game. Osu kinda has to be. With lvls like new record, spectrum cyclone, every temp lvl, belloq etc. but the majority of gd lvls aren’t perfectly or near perfectly synced.

GD’s editor is just EXTREMELY flexible, probably the most flexible out of every platformer game I have ever seen. I’d say the game’s uniqueness was already fine with 1.9. Now there’s 2.1 and 2.2 taking that to even higher levels. If you’re skilled enough you can make pretty much whatever visuals you want. People can makes games in GD. DIFFERENT GAMES IN A GAME. It’s unfair to make that comparison. GD can be more than a rhythm game. Osu is meant to be a rhythm game at its core.
