Thx! Are you puling your skin b4 putting then on to smoth out the wrinkle. Im afraid the skin pull may stretch out my skin over time causing more wrinkles and saggy skin. Since they are worn for hours at a time
I know it's not common, but I had a lung issue from Botox. Just bought Frownies. I haven't used them yet, but I'm excited to try after watching a couple videos.
So glad you mentioned letting them dry a little first before applying them. I just bought these a few weeks ago. They were slipping out of place then not completely sticking. I think your great idea will solve my problem. Thanks for the idea.
This was a very helpful video. So many videos don't actually show the pattern they use to put them on, or they use the ones for the mouth and eyes. Thank you for a great video! I'm only on day 3, so I'm still figuring out what works best.
I have frownies, but have only used them a few times. I’m super sensitive to having things adhere to my face, as in I hate the feel of it. I can’t even stand using sheet masks. I’ve also tried mouth taping to help me breathe through my nose instead of my mouth while sleeping and that is an even worse sensation than frownies. I want to give the frownies another go and see if I can get used to them because a know a few people who swear by them. I won’t do Botox either, so I need to find natural alternatives that work.
I love your reviews. They are always so authentic and genuine because they are products you actually love and use. Definitely trust your opinion on things!
I haven’t! At least not yet?! I’ve wondered the same thing tho! It doesn’t seem to be causing any issues for the women I’ve seen online who have used them for years! Very interesting tho…
Yes you should if they bother you! Like I said I loveeee mine! My sister recently started wearing them actually and they’ve helped her with headaches!🙌🏻
It depends…I don’t use my frownies every single night really anymore…some nights my face is too gloopy lol other nights I’ve put my cream on earlier…& it’s had a chance to sink in a lot…your skin does NOT have to be completely dry to use them…just not grease central lol
Hey beautiful Nikki 💕💕 thanks so much for sharing this with us :) I've never hear of these before, but will Def check them out love u 💖 hope you and your family are doing well :)
Frownies sound like skyn Iceland hydro cooling firming under eye patches. Has anyone tried both? I have used the skyn Iceland and they are not cheap. These seem more affordable. Seems like wearing them while your wake and at home is the best option to prevent you from making the facial expressions that cause the wrinkles
I haven’t tried those no! Sounds similar tho! The frownies I will say tho, literally constrict you so it can’t move the muscle at ALL… idk how intense the skyn Iceland ones are, but these are INTENSE 😭🙌🏻
Honestly, for a sec it seemed like you had a slice of Cheese on your forehead lol. Love your hair!! Love videos!! Your food looks delicious and yes, I have looked up and tried a few of your recipes too! 👩🏻🍳😘🤌🏻. You have influenced me to eat more healthy, plant base, and grow my garden. My comment kinda had nothing to do with this video but had to share. Thanks 🙂
I wonder if filler would be a better investment if someone has to use the frownies so often? I have smile lines that I would like to smooth but I am so forgetful that I think I wouldn’t use the frownies often enough🙈😂
It depends on preference! Botox freezes you completely (plus it’s a neurotoxin)… and you run the risk of looking off with fillers…. Plus it’s still junk we’re injecting into our face! BUT to each their own! I have breast implants so I have no room to talk. Lol this is what I prefer rn in life :)
My forehead is so much smaller than yours that I can only use one square to cover my 11s and forehead 🤣🤣🤣. Believe me, I wish I had a slighter bigger one. I think it’s made smaller by the amount of baby hairs surrounding my hairline. I only just realized this after losing quite a lot of hair from a drastic hormone imbalance.
@@NikkiPhillippi Hi Nikki. It pretty much does the same thing. I used frownies many years ago (I’m 54) and the tape trick does just as good imo. Over time it trains you not to make those expressions that cause wrinkles. I don’t use botox or fillers, prefer to stay away from them so I’ve researched this a bit. Frownies aren’t bad at all, but there’s a cheaper alternative for those that may not want to pay for them. 💜
Yeah well I know several people who use them and they do work, I have seen the evidence myself. Frownies have been around for quite a while and for good reason. I will admit that the concept seems kinda odd and they look funny, but that doesn’t mean they’re a gimmick.
@@NikkiPhillippi hey I'm glad you made this video! I have laugh lines that bug me and I don't want to get botox. So I was curious about frownies! Thx for the info!

I just noticed a wrinkle a few days ago, and it’s kinda bothering me. I think I’ll try it out.

I’m so glad! 👏🏻I’ve got another review coming soon for my Berkey!🤗
have you found that they have had any negative effects on your skin quality/skin barrier health?
I haven’t! At least not yet?! I’ve wondered the same thing tho! It doesn’t seem to be causing any issues for the women I’ve seen online who have used them for years! Very interesting tho…
I use retinol at night or glycolic acid. Should I avoid putting Frownies over top of these?
I do both and have had no issues
do you put them on moisturized skin? or completely dry
I moisturized my skin but let it completely dry before I applied the frownies:)
I’ve been wanting to try these. So happy you did a review
I’ll have to give them another try! I have very pronounced forehead lines since I was 23. It really ages me and I’m only 27

SAME
You can try surgical tape or Botox
Are you hydrated? You'll want to address both.
Do you still do fashion content? Just curious
9:00 for how she puts them on!
Does this mean the Frownies will stick over night creams, or is that part of skin care out the window?

5:50 starts talking about how to use it
A before pic would be helpful.🙃👍
Can you use skin care products first?
Yes. But let it soak in for 15 minutes before putting on the frownies
Do you have to wipe the residue off before applying makeup?
Yes!

I need to get some Frownies. Thanks for the demo.🌿

@@NikkiPhillippi I bought the frownies. I may go back and forth between them and skyn. The freebies have a strong unpleasant odor 😅😝

Lol a slice of cheese! Hahaha I can see that! Lol also thank you for that compliment 😌 that makes me heart so happy to hear!🙏🏻😌

Thank you! They really are rad! Also I’m sending you love back friend!
Is this really honest or do you work for them
Lol wish I worked for them because I love the product so much! But nope! I don’t! It’s just my honest review:)

This may sound weird but regular scotch tape will do the same thing.
I’ve heard that! I’ve heard it’s not as good tho?!

The gimmicks keep getting more and more ridiculous but there is a sucker born every day I guess.

Also, I’m only being honest… so call me a sucker for that I guess…🤷🏻♀️
