I have the same type of fence. Instead of over spending for premixed spray. Get a pump sprayer, then mix 1 cup of bleach in 1 gallon of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes then use an electric powerwasher on its lowest setting. This is way cheaper than the ez mold.

DO NOT USE A PRESSURE WASHER to clean vinyl fencing, as it etches through the UV protection that protects the vinyl from the rays of the sun!!! The result will be a mottled, stained appearance over time that cannot be washed away.

From my experience, I pressure wash my fence for the last 4 years and never had a problem with the fence fading.

The vinyl fence has a shine (gloss) to it. Will the gloss look affect after applying the chemical? I once tried washing it only with water using a power wash, the surface completely turned matt finish. Please let me know

I didn’t notice any fading when I used it on my fence.

Yeah, i used no soap and my pressure washer. Did the same thing, so not sure what the addition of the mold armor did. That high pressure will clean it

There was a lot of little specs stuck on the fence. The pressure washer alone didn’t take them off. The added mold armor loosen the specs and it was a lot easier to get them off.

I used mold armor first and let it sit for about 5 to 10 mins then used the pressure washer. Comes out like new.
