Very nicely done video and very informative. Watched this PRIOR to going to get sandbags for Irma and it was sad that see most people thought the fuller the bag the better. Tried to let a few folks know to not fill much past half and got a reaction like I was trying to get them to take less sand so I could get more LOL But must say that overall the folks there, with all the waiting in line in both cars and then to fill sandbags...the Florida folks were very courteous and friendly. Young were even helping older folks fill their bags. Perhaps Emergency Management should have some signs made up at the sandbagging locations on "not over filling bags" ?

great info thanks very much.
Get a tomato cage flip it up side down cut off the legs and the now bottom ring so it can be lifted off the bag.
you need to tell us old folks where to get the sand. bags are easy to come by, but sand is not.
I don’t see why some nearby dirt won’t work
