For the "Recruit Passcode Specialists" Request in Stellar Blade, you need find six specific documents called "Chapter of the Trial". There are six of these that you need to find, and these are the passcode specialists the request is referring to.
You can check which Chapter of the Trials you have and don't have by going to the Data Bank in the pause menu, then Documents, and scrolling to the very bottom.
Once you have all six, you can then open the container in the Wasteland. Use the same password I do, which is just the Chapter of the Trial documents in order. Inside is a nano suit and another document, collecting both will complete the request.

Its wierd that the quest doesnt tell you anything what to do, "just open the container dude"!
And you aren’t really recruiting anybody, just finding documents

@jacobmeade6005 Yes you have to do story quest to unlock Matrix 11 to be able to go to the Rail Yard Camp
@jacobmeade6005 you also need to progress the story to unlock The Great Desser area as well

Fun fact: You can complete this task (or at least pick up the nano suit) after the first point of no return as long as you start it and picked it up from the board before that point in the game.

in NG+ the nano suit container gives you NOTHING, right?
This quest was hot garbage even though I randomly stumbled upon 4/6 memories from exploring 😄 You get an adorable nano suit for Eve in the container so it’s worth it still.

Hi what does the green dot mean on matrix 11 I completed it I’m on the quest to go to orbit. I’m trying to do lily’s progress bar I’m at 99.2%
The green dot is just the environment I think, I thought the same thing
you have to scour the earth for bibles for this quest with literally no clue you are looking for them, or they are related to this mission in the first place. this game always requires massive leaps of faith from players

@@jrbrawlersgaming1816 You can free travel between any of the areas in the game up until the point of no return at the very end, there's a clear warning when it happens
