It's okay, if there's no influence to me and other user who used the track.
You should learn the system "Content ID" on RUclips correctly.
And you shere the licence-info of the track to a music aggregator/publisher.
If you want to use my tracks for commercial-use, you need to do avoidance problems.
I don't want to problem handling a copyright-claim for myself.
I permit to use if you agree with the above.
