- This video provides some tips in case your wall oven does not get started.
When your wall oven isn't starting, there's a good chance it's either in control lock mode or your home circuit breaker has tripped. Control lock mode disables all of the ovens functions. To turn it off, tap the touchscreen and swipe up. If control lock mode is disabled, restart your wall oven by turning off your home circuit breaker, waiting one minute, and turning it back on again.

Having the same issue on a 2.5 yr old whirlpool oven! So frustrating!!!!
I swipe up on control lock and it just goes back to the lock screen
