Yes she is amazing! She was asked to play on an Irmin Schmidt album( Can) a we all know that band had one of the greatest drummers ever, so that is a high recommendation indeed
FINALLY! Someone had the good sense to start a band that encapsulates Broadcast.
More than a little Stereolab in there too.
A little of Broadcast, the true inspiration here is Stereolab.

There's a bit of Stereolab, a bit of Broadcast, a bit of Pram, but it's all very well digested and gives something quite new.

Incredible bass & drums really holding it down under some awesome guitar/synth/vocal/etc. experimentation. Solid choice yet again KEXP!

Sorry but it's pure reproduction of some Stereolab songs, nothing historically or musically deep. But cool and catchy anyway
@@JohnDoe-nt5nd no apology necessary. in the intervening years I found and fell into the Stereolab rabbit hole. not even sure what I meant at the time about Henry Cow, though it's a spirit I hope to find continuing, and perhaps projected a bit.

i love these guys so much but it's really sad that the percussionist and the keyboardist left the band
They’ve still got the bassist (Zongamin) and the drummer (Valentina Magaletti) … their new stuff is great.
@@arttatum1 yeah, big fan of their latest album, and Valentina Magaletti (drummer) has some really great side projects especially Moin which is my most favorite. Both of them collaborated too and it's called V/Z!

A bit on some songs, but they have some other stuff going on and also aren't anywhere near as texturally dense as Stereolab.
Maybe I am repeating myself. I love broadcast so Much now! It's interesting to be my age I'm still discovering new band that I can love
Much better and original than King Gizzard, Khruangbin and other hyper hyped acts.
