I'm just a bit confuse regarding sa article 926 bakit 1-2 years ang probationary contract ng mga private school teachers then after the said contract another contract na naman if gusto mo pang magtrabaho.Legal po ang practice na ito? Maari mo po bang ma enlighten mo ako on this situation po . Thank you very much, Atty.
Thanks but that is art 296.. probationary period. pls watch again. the probationary period for private school teachers is maximum of 3 school years as provided by the Manual of Regulations for Private Schools that is affirmed by the Supreme Court in a lot of cases one is Magis Young Achievers vs. Manalo.

that is unclear under the law because they are not considered as government employees and not as private sector employees.. they may try filing a breach of contract before a regular court
Lower Court employee po ako sabi nila ang CA ay somewhat like SC meron konting fiscal independence meaning may substantial distinction between them and the lower courts pag dating sa pananalapi, kaya medyo may saysay sa kanila ang Workers Association, ngayon po ay may nagpapatunog na magkaroon din sa Lower Courts of course may Agency Fees Sa US sabi nila bargaining for terms and conditions of employment sa public sector ay necessary political and maybe violative of the Right to Association Alam naman po natin na Fixed by Law ang terms and conditions ng employment namin, pakiwari ko po ay yari na , pwede po bang hindi magpa Miyembro at magpakaltas dito?

Tapos nung time po na hinire nila ako wala po silang binigay sa akin na kahit na anong criteria / standard na written doc. Ehh alam ko po bawal po un sana po atty matulungan niyo po ako
para kasi maging permanent ka dapat matapos mo ang 3 school years ayon sa manual of regulation for private schools. pwede ka humingi ng written contract karapatan mo yan. pwede ka rin dumulog sa dole para mpag usap kayo ng management

I am repeatedly watching this video Atty. and I found it fascinating. I'm just a bit confuse regarding sa article 926 bakit 1-2 years ang probationary contract ng mga private school teachers then after the said contract another contract na naman if gusto mo pang magtrabaho.Legal po ang practice na ito? Maari mo po bang ma enlighten mo ako on this situation po . Thank you very much, Atty.
Thanks but that is art 296.. probationary period. pls watch again. the probationary period for private school teachers is maximum of 3 school years as provided by the Manual of Regulations for Private Schools that is affirmed by the Supreme Court in a lot of cases one is Magis Young Achievers vs. Manalo.

that is unclear under the law because they are not considered as government employees and not as private sector employees.. they may try filing a breach of contract before a regular court

Tapos 2 decades same lang provisions no change in 20 years tapos kinakaltasan ang empleyado ng union dues. Tama po ba ito? Eh lahat po upon employment ay member agad ng union, walang pwede umayaw. Tama po ba ito? Ano po pwede gawing hakbang?

May an employer discriminate job applicant who has tattoos and even expressly include it in the Job hiring poster? What law in the labor code or special laws would the employer violate if ever and where would the applicant report such act of the employer? your videos serve as my guide in reviewing for the BAR...Thank you very much and more power to you!

If paid leave, that is valid para mabawi ng employer ang ginastos for you. you may be required to pay back the salaries and benefits received plus damages
