Here I thought Xiao liking almond tofu was just a funny little quirk of his, when really it's because the tofu tastes like the dreams of the people he slaughtered.

My favourite thing about Xiao is if you talk to Little Luo at Qingce Village she talks about Xiao (an unsmiling adepti) giving her back her doll that the hilichurls took, and when she asks if the Traveler thinks Xiao doesn't like her, Traveler can respond that they think it's the exact opposite

When I pulled my venti 20 days ago.. after that I stopped Wishing... Because as a F2p player like me.. spending more is no point... So Keep grinding and you will stack up...

I will never financially recover from xiao
I just cant thank Morax enough for saving Xiao. I allways depict him as cowaring and full of fear and tear leaking from his eyes, after the evil god has been defeated, only for morax to approach him, reaching out to him and offers a contract to the young adeptus in return for his redemption and eventually his salvation: " To protect Liyue, Its people and all life that grows on soil and dust. That shall be your duty, the price for your redemption, your contract." and Xiao accepts without hesitation.
Xiao feels like an adeptus / godlike character gameplay wise and design wise he emitts an aura thats tells me he can level jeuyun karst if he wanted to also something i find intresting is how all of the other adepti live in jeuyun karst while he resides at wanshu inn ...intresting definitely my favorite character
He usually stays near the inn bc he likes the almond tofu there (the qixing also keep an eye on him through verr goblet)

Watching xiao videos on YT and getting updated on when his banner will be released has been one of my daily tasks so that I won't be tempted on spending my primogems and get another 3-star weapon. My goal is to reach 15k primogems and currently I have 10k primogems.

Personally ive saved gems from start i have 18k gems and 25summons on event banner for pity. Expect to reach 180summons within his banner time if hes next. So rdy for this

fun fact: when xiao was younger and didnt have food or a home to stay (before morax found him) he used to eat snow to survive. if you bring him to dragonspine you can hear his voice lines "when the snow is thick enough, we can eat it!" i wonder how he will react to snowcones 🤔

nah he won’t. the Dragonspine region will be in the December 1.2 update with Albedo and Ganyu, but Xiao will only be out in 1.3 alongside the Lantern Rite in-game event.

Literally my favorite character in the game with only venti coming in at a close second. I absolutely love his design, his lore, his backstory, his fighting style, his voice lines, and his burst and skill (I really like skills that can be used even outside of combat), and even though anemo is considered to be pretty bad overall, it’s my favorite of the elements. He’s the reason I’ll be buying the battle pass next month for Deathmatch because I really want to optimize his build.

Xiao..... I literally wanted him when I discovered him earlier this year & I definitely need him on my team! I played the beta & got carried away & I had to stop since I knew I wouldn’t have him immediately. I downloaded the game but haven’t touched it because I was waiting for him to be released 😭 but I guess I’ll play now to rank up & attempt to get Klee but I’m excited for his release date!

Been saving up for him for the longest.
It is mentioned that the god knew Xiao's weakness and used it against him, turning him into a bloodhound. I badly want to know his weakness because I'm writing a fanfiction novel.
From those words alone I can formulate that he was indeed good at combat, enough to defeat this god, but this god knew his weakness enough to enslave Xiao and only Zhongli was able to defeat this god. The question is what is that weakness and how did Zhongli defeat the god that turned Xiao into a bloodhound?

@@phatyeet7297 the qixing dont serve under ningguang. there are 7 rulers in the qixing iirc that have their own aspects of liyue to rule over. keqing is the yuheng (manages law and policy) while ningguang is tianquan (manages trade)

@@ariahfae7716 it's just on paper. We never know how well The Geo Archon. Ningguang does 1350% dmg. (1 rock 135% or something like that since someone pointed it out)
Im pretty sure he's next. His ascension material "Qingxin flower" is already in the game. It's the flower you get on the peaks of Liyue. At the moment there's nothing you can do with it, cuz it's literally only used for Xiao.
I'm pretty sure the next one will be Zhongli followed by Childe

Did "dreams" mean brains of those slain? I thought of this because tofu and brain have same texture when eaten. It's know in the Chinese culture when describing the taste of brains, it is described as having texture of tofu or scrambled egg

Alternate world and story, xiao is the jade emperor while rex lapis is the monkey king.. In genshin story they actually fight each other and xiao losses like the jade emperor, and xiaos spear is the primodial jade wing-spear which reminds me about jade emperor

Would you guys believe me if Xiao was the one who accidentally killed Qiqi, or more like injured her so badly to the point that she died?
On Qiqi's voiceover for Xiao, she does not remember him and I know why. Because when the adeptus saw the little girl die on the crossfire, Xiao was among the few who felt guilty of what happened and in turned gave some adepti power to resurrect Qiqi. When Qiqi went berserk, they were forced to seal her away, and Xiao was the first thing she saw when she went out of control. This is why Xiao is so cold towards humans and tells them to stay away from him because he witnessed first hand what adepti power can do to mortals.
also the ghost at wangshu inn is someone who died as casualty when he fought

that's what i thought as well, in qiqi's profile the only adepti she mentioned was xiao, and knowing that qiqi has a really bad memory and the fact that she's familiar with the name xiao, He may be the one who resurrected her, and made a huge impact on qiqi.

Looks like he is kinda a standing-allone Character on the battlefield. I prefer most the DoT or fast Bursts for Combos. Still nice design tho.
