You don't have to repair the beam. I would tear it down and make stairs to the apartement just behind the kitchen. There you have large two floor aparmenet with epic entrace! The cellar could be large living room for hot summers. The separate room is ideal for mother in law on a visit.🙂

It is hanging on the wall on the right. Before the window. It looks like a dream catcher with bells completely made of iron. I don't know exactly what it's called. Romina has already cleaned it and hung it at home. ❤
