For those asking about a bathroom...
Running water to the homes came to many areas of Italy in the late 60's early 70's.
Before then, a horse and cart would pick up the 'stuff' from people's homes and water was collected in containers from fountains in the town. No showers. Just a damp cloth and Bob's your uncle!
So...If a house has not been lived in after this time, most likely it won't have these services connected.
When looking at Italian houses that have been uninhabited for a long time, we need to assess them under a much different light. Turn back the clock many decades and consider how things would have been back then. Otherwise it won't make any sense to most people if these homes are measured by today's standards.
I so want this place!!what a perfect small home!!!!
I love it when you take time to show cats.
It most probably will be off the market soon, it's absolutely cute and offers high potential ! 👍
Love this one ! Still has wonderful old features to be preserved.......thanks guys
Glad you enjoyed it
I love it. The trap door to the Cantina was a selling point for me.
❤️🇮🇹I just saw My Name in the Patron’s section Thank You 🇮🇹❤️😄
The Home It needs so much much work in renovation, but my imagination is running wild!
Repair all the stone in the basement and turn it into a spa with a proper staircase going into the first level of the house.😂
Thank you!
The price is good. It is a house for one persona. Need to have a concept of a Japanese house. Tiny and practical and well design. Thanks guys. Love you.
Yes, exactly
What a beautiful little property in its original state
It looks like there was a large doorway which originally opened to the landing on the steps in the kitchen. If it could be reopened, you could allow a lot more light in. All kinds of potential ways it could be refigured.
Wow wow. I love this one. Floors are spectacular !!!! Thanks for showing us.
Our pleasure!
It has a ton of potential ❤
Si 🤗
The whole floor above the kitchen would have to be rebuilt, new windows created, insulation, etc. Minimum 20K. But yes, cheap and charming, thanks for showing.
Oh my gosh. Adoro adoro questa casa. 🏡 Sono pronta di comprare e creare una casa per noi. Siete fantastici, bravissimi. Grazie davvero da Texas come sempre ❤
I love this house. The fireplace and pizza oven are amazing ❤
They are!
At our age it is too much work. But for a younger person it would be fun!
Beautiful.
Very!
Spiral stairs and basement bathroom?
Reopen the big front arched window facing the lake.
That view is like a painting!! Incredible. Can you put a bathroom in there, and if so, where would you put it?
Since it's a renovation from scratch I would say that you would place the bathroom wherever you need it to be to work well with your design. Someone mentioned near the window upstairs that faces the garden
Three floors . Three floors of possibility !
Love it.
More light is needed on the upper floor that should be no problem. I would put in stairs leading up to the Cantina from the street in the back and convert the Cantina into possibly a bedroom, but it needs more light.. all that said gonna be a lot of work, but I do think it would be worth it
There's a window facing the back that once opened will fill the room with light. At the moment it has the shutters closed
Adorei essa casa, mesmo que precisa de uma boa reforma.
I love it. How cute.
Love this Channel and the other ones too. You are such amazing people, greetings from Austria Vienna 🇦🇹❤️
Oh, this place is so cool! I can imagine a fabulous outdoor dining area. I would probably put a bathroom upstairs by the window facing the garden. You could heat the entire house with a pellet stove and use the vintage style exterior electrical sockets and switches with the wrapped electric wire. I would keep it as rustic looking as possible.
We would too. That's the charm of this place ♥️
Where’s the bathroom? I love this property.
Hi. Please see my pinned comment
So, currently, there really isn't a toilet connection or anything?

This can become a stunning little traditional home!
The original kitchen features add so much character, restoring them, plus restoring the fireplace and bread oven, cleaning and restoring the stone walls, and creating better stairs would be a good start towards making it a truly charming home.
I wonder if composting toilets are allowed? That would make the necessary plumbing work a lot easier, just need to add a shower room in a corner, perhaps on the first floor over the area with that gorgeous stone kitchen sink.
I'm visualising the cantina as a summer kitchen with a small dining terrace and herb/ kitchen garden, ...gosh, I really love this one!
Ciao. Not sure about the composting toilet inside town, but it would still need plumbing and drainage for the kitchen so it would be better to get it done all at once
For what we have seen considering the price of renovation psqm of around €700 to €900 and the asking price, at the end someone would have a house with a value on par to other houses in the area, so it adds up.
Is there a sewerage supply to the building as I didn’t see any signs of water or bathroom?
Hi. Please see my pinned comment
15:26 Is there a bathroom?
Hi. Please see my pinned comment
That view from the beginning is stunning!! Che Bellissima!! I’m no expert but I’m not sure the place is structurally sound. Certainly the ceiling in the main floor room needs replacing (floor of first etage). The walls look cracked! It’s hard to know how much it might cost to refurbish and renovate. The stairs need to be replaced. I imagine a good geometra would be able to advise on estimated works to be done. But it could be possible to make a super comfy bolthole for vacations or maybe rentals. The cellar (cantina) looks in need of a complete dramatic makeover. Spa? Nice!! 👍
Great potential;/. And perfect local.
Amazing property is there no toilet or electricity?
Hi. Please see my pinned comment
So full of history! Very interesting! 👍🏼💕
Glad you enjoyed it
Where would you put the bathroom? It needs at least 2.
Great vid of such a cute place. I'm an Aussie living in Colorado but looking to buy a place in Southern Italy soon. What is the Aussie expat situation like there in this cute town? I know you said there are some. The other place I'm looking is Puglia specifically Oria and Corigliano d'Otranto.
Thanks!
Very cool place !! I love the stone sink and pizza and bread oven! Beautiful! What would it cost to close on this property??
Hi. That's really an answer for the realtor.

Hi. I really love all your videos ❤ more videos to come. Can you please discuss school in Molise specially in your town. 😊😊😊 thank you 😊😊😊
Hi. In our town there's kindy, primary and secondary school up to 13 years old.
For older kids they can go to Termoli depending on what school they're interested in such as science school. Or to Larino if interested in agricultural school
How many sq meters is the property including the basement or cantina? Thank yoy
If I had that cash I would buy this place right now. I have a perfect plan and I am single so it would great… maybe it will be there for a while?
👍
❤❤
Sooo cute ! How much to add a bathroom ?
Hi. This home needs plumbing throughout so it will require more than a bathroom.
As we are told per sqm it can be from €600 to €900.
The Home is about 60sqm
Where do you go to the bathroom lol I did not see one
Hi. Please see my pinned comment
Hi - how much do you think it would cost to renovate. I’m really interested to know. Thank you.
It depends on what type of professional you use and up to what standard you want it renovated. For what we have heard it would be on average between €700 to €900 per sqm which is on par with properties in the area of this size that have been already renovated considering the asking price.
Is the church an active one or is it closed?
We believe it's operational
The stairs need to be totallyrebuilt.
What is the nearest train station and how long the drive to Tha town.
All that info at minute 15:03 on the information Cards
Did I miss the bathroom??
Hi. Please see my pinned comment
The second place had no bathroom
It looks like there is a train station. Is that correct?
Hi, no there isn't. The closest one is in Termoli 30min away
Where's the bathroom?
The house is a project
Many aussies moving over there due to ur house prices?
Ciao Si. Many people from different countries are looking into Italy and similar countries that offer more affordable housing
