03.43 in the morning 🌄 and I am unable to sleep due to suffering from insomnia and anxiety disorders 😢 it really gets me down and i often unfortunately hit rock bottom like i feel right now but listening to this softly and calmly read audiobook is like enjoying a tight cuddle while being covered with my favourite soft security blanket thanks ever so much ❤❤❤

I've been using asmr to sleep for a few years now, and while I love listening to the hairdryer I have wanted to branch out. I am a very anxious person, and it's hard for me to find voices that don't upset me to listen to while I try sleep. It's been a long time since I found someone I can listen to telling a story.
