Tenéis que reaccionar al Directo de Dimash en el Concierto de Almaty, Kazajstán. Está en la Parte 3, minuto 23. Dimash lo da todo en el escenario y allí se puede apreciar el poder de su voz e interpretación. Esta Masterpiece es todo un clamor contra la guerra y proclama la convivencia entre culturas. Este vídeo debería obtener todos los premios habidos y por haber, en cambio ha pasado de puntillas en la Industria musical, porque Dimash se produce él mismo y no pertenece a ninguna Discográfica, es independiente y libre y canta lo que quiere como quiere. Vuestras caras han sido un poema todo el vídeo, es que es imposible no sentirse conmovido por la historia y la interpretación magistral de Dimash. Saludos.

This is definitely Dimash's masterpiece. He wrote the story, composed the music, wrote the screenplay, acted, directed & produced this epic call for world peace. It took 3 years from start to finish. I really hope you got the story of the way the lives of the 3 children unfolded. The little girl who was killed was Dimash's characters daughter, his wife (the girl from the beach) is giving birth to their son & dies giving birth. Dimash stops his old friend (the Dictator) and dies in the process, believing that his whole family are dead. So, the boy who became the Dictator, had to save Dimash, as his destiny was to stop the Dictator later in life.
Such a moving composition & story.

In The Story Of One Sky he composed and sang the whole soundtrack himself.
The video shows once again that Dimash is an absolute genius. In composing, in singing but also as an actor and as a storyteller. The powerful message conveyed by this video is more relevant today than ever. I think this video is mostly about the message. This message however, is for the first time more important than his vocal abilities. His voice is just the tool in this video. But simply unbelievable. His singing is indescribable and I don’t have the words to express it adequately. But it is only the mediator of what this video is about. This is so heartbreaking and sad and an awesome masterpiece. Pure goosebumps. You probably have to see it more than once to understand it.
He worked on this composition for three years and also wrote the screenplay.
The premiere was on September 24, 2022.
As some have mentioned, this video should be seen by many people. It may be very brutal for some. But let’s not forget that for many, including children, this is everyday life in some countries. And Dimash relentlessly shows us how ugly war is. During his concerts he always tells the audience he loves all people in every country. He visited so many different counties with his concerts and he realized that there are no bad nations (only bad leaders).
And OMG he is such a phenomenal actor.
Dimash was the little boy who was drowning in the beginning and he gave the necklace to his childhood friend (and future leader) and the girl. The girl on the beach was his future wife. She was pregnant and in the end of the video she gave birth to her and Dimashs' (character) second child. The littel girl who was shot was Dimashs and her first daughter. When he came home and saw his daughter dead on the ground, he had to assume that his wife and unborn child were also killed. Desperation and maybe revenge has led him to kill his former friend. When I first saw the video, I was shocked. I didn't think he was going to shoot his friend. But in the end that all made sense. Dimash wanted to show what revenge can do. Violence always breeds violence, and because of this, not only is the leader dead, but so is Dimash. It was so heartbreaking to see Dimash drown at the end. Dimash in the last sequence of the video was the baby that was born and now as a grown man unites people of different nationalities and religions for peace.
In this video you can see how the main religions are represented mostly with his voice. Islam with the type of Arabic melisma (unfortunately I don't know the correct explanation for this type of singing), Buddhism with the monks and the enchanting "Om", Judaism with the shofar and the Christian church with the soprano singing, which often can be heard in churches.

By the way Dimash has received an award from Pope Francis personally at The Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions held in Kazakhstan on September 13, 2022. He performed the song there in connection with the congress before the premiere. Can you imagine, a Muslim receiving an award from the head of the Catholic Church. How wonderful is that🥰.

This video is supposed to be overwhelming. It’s the one time where the voice is not the most important thing in the video. (Even though it’s ridiculously good). The message is.
War did not unite people, but made enemies out of friends. And the innocent child that saved his friend became a warlord and got killed by the same friend.
But the next generation Dimash walked with people from all nations and religions towards the light instead of following a crazy piper.

(1) The two boys competed for the girl's attention;
(2) The character (who Dimash represents as an adult) created a symbol to confirm the friendship between the three, after being saved by his friend;
(3) Still in the video we see the girl choose "Dimash" and then they get married and have the little girl (who was killed) as a daughter and the mother is pregnant with another boy;
(4) The oldest boy (who saved "Dimash" from drowning) does not accept being abandoned by the girl and becomes a dictator president/general;
(5) Dimash becomes a soldier who decides to return from combat to protect his war refugee family;
(6) Dimash finds his daughter dead and thinks that his wife had also died, so he decides to take revenge on his friend;
(7) He kills the dictator and is killed regretting the violence he committed in life;
(8) Dimash's wife is well received by people of different religions who agree that Dimash's son is someone special;
(9) The wife dies in childbirth and Dimash's son becomes a leader who leads the refugees to a better place of tolerance, respect and acceptance.

I was thrilled when I restarted my phone and there you guys were, reacting to this!!!! Ok, it’s probably difficult to believe, the live version is possibly more emotional than this incredible video. This was a 3 year project for Dimash, the music is his composition and he wrote the script for the MV. We all know how great Dimash is live, the passion that he puts into this song live, you actually have to remember to breathe. He first performed this for The Worldwide Convention of Religious Leaders, where he met the Pope and he performed it live at his concert in Kazakhstan, this video was released the next day. I will find the timestamps in his concert and attach the link, he does a speech prior to his performance, which I will include because it’s important. Yay, thank you so much ❤. It's been awhile since I first saw this, so I'm glad you reacted to it. Very emotional! And just looking at both of your faces in awe of this incredible "movie", gave me chills. I hope one of your viewers will tell the backstory of this beautiful piece. I do know that the woman having the baby is the little girl and her baby belonged to Dimash's character. But that's all I know. Thank you for this wonderful reaction.
You are correct. The mother died giving birth but the baby boy grows up to look just like his daddy and continues the quest to lead humanity to live in peace.

Hi Guys, That was an excellent reaction to this powerful performance from Dimash. Most reactors said same as you, they didnt know wether to watch MV or listen to Dimash. The evening before the official MV was released he performed the whole song live at his solo concert in Almaty. It is just as breathtaking as the video, although only a fancam its quite good, the official recording is in the filming of the whole concert which is on the Dimash YT channel. (1) Dimash composed the song and participated in the arrangement, in addition to acting in the mini-film. The lyrics of the song and Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and the video direction by Alina Veripya!
(2) The artifact that the boy found in the trunk and that was turned into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle for a sundial (a rustic device for keeping time);
(3) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation of the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). After hypnotizing the rats with his magic flute and drowning them in the Weser, the artist went to collect the amount owed (one coin per head) and was not paid (they alleged that he did not present the "heads" of the rats). He then hypnotized one hundred and thirty children from the city of Hamelin and locked them in a cave. Yeah, well, the "pied piper" (also called "ratcatcher") has become synonymous with the tyrant who uses a mesmerizing speech and leads to death!
(4) The term "Imagine" refers to the song of the same name by John Lennon;

These are my views on this amazing masterpiece Story of One Sky -
The boy who was drowning was (Dimash's character as a child) made the necklaces that were given to the girl who grew up to be (Dimash's pregnant wife) and the boy who saved him who (grew up to be the military leader), possibly out of jealousy. The military leader waged his war The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end!!! The Dimash at the end can also be seen as Dimash in the afterlife leading others to the light in peace. Dimash takes his revenge on his former friend. The new baby represented a new innocent life beginning as the father dies. (And he does die) also the mother died in childbirth. The baby grew up to be a leader of men who seek peace. He wore his parents necklace, to always remember. One of the most profound lines in The Story of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY, GREED and POWER. This video needs to be shown worldwide. Something else I noticed is in his dying breath he sang (We're Choosing Life) as he finally passed away now that is powerful

This song is a "modern" multicultural interfaith Requiem (the traditional Requiem is a song for the Mass of the Dead in the Catholic Church. The best known requiem is by Mozart I think). The Requiem usually has 2 parts: one mourning death and the other celebrating life.
Dimash says in a low voice: Адам керуен, өмір жол. Man is a caravan, life is a road. (Kazakh proverb)
So for me, the caravan is his (and our) inner world. Religiosity is in us, the religious man dies when a part of the soldier (Dimash) dies when he finds his daughter dead. So when he seeks revenge, there's a storm. Death follows death: Piper dies but the soldier (Dimash) dies too. Death is not the answer. And so violence is not the way (You can murder the "bad guy" but if everybody thinks that violence is an answer, another "bad guy" will appear for sure.) And then we see that his son made a better decision... His son joins others in seeking peace. That is the final answer.
